Access Hollywood briefly spoke with ‘Twilight’ star Peter Facinelli, who plays Carlisle, at a recent red carpet even he attended with his wife. They ask him about filming for ‘New Moon’, whether he’ll have to die his hair, and if he has any casting scoop:

So, this was a really short interview, but I like hearing from Peter Facinelli! Him and his wife are very cute and I love any interview with him, regardless of the length. I wonder if he really does know something about casting for ‘New Moon’, or if he was just kidding. Either way, I am dying to find out the casting scoop!

I love Peter too. I don’t care how they make his hair blond, I just hope it looks good. I thought they were a little heavy handed on his white makeup for Twilight.
Even though he is older than what Carlisle was in the book,I think he has the same sweetness as Carlisle. I like him alot.
As for the secrets, they won’t last long. There are too many eyes focused on this movie. I just hope the new director has a vision and is allowed to fulfill it.
