ACCESS HOLLYWOOD: NEW INTERVIEW WITH NIKKI REED AND RACHELLE LEFEVRE

That interview was too cute - both Nikki and Rachelle seem so nice. The bit about Taylor was really interesting. I love how loyal they both are to Taylor, and how committed he was to his role even though he didn’t necessarily have it. I was really surprised to hear that Nikki and Kristen were on a plane home from Africa when they realized that they’d soon find out about Taylor. I’m really excited to see Nikki, Rachelle, and Taylor return for ‘New Moon’ - I can’t wait!

I really loved this interview because it was just so relaxed and casual, like the looking for neck hairs was hilarious, but then they got right back into answering questions. I just thought that was great that they joked around and stuff. They’re both really passionate about Taylor and hearing that and how hard he worked to get the part makes me glad that they kept him
I’ve never noticed how much Nikki is like Kristen before this interview though. Like, even the way they speak and articulate what they’re saying is just identical. I can see why they’re best friends, they’re very much alike.

I never realized how hard it must have been for Taylor to go through all the openings and interviews not knowing if he would be playing Jacob in New Moon. I have a new found respect for him.

That was an interesting interview. I guess Nikki and Rachelle are team Taylor now. My impression of Taylor is that he’s ok…yes, he really wanted the part of Jacob. Happy for him that he got it…although I have never been a Taylor fan. I’ll reserve my judgement for Jacob when I see the movie. Rachelle is tired of everyone asking about Rob? (not so funny, even though it was meant to be). I’m sure Rob doesn’t mind Taylor getting all the attention now…in New Moon.
I agree completely with Midori. Happy for him that he got the part but not really happy that he’s Jacob. He will never look right for the New Moon Jacob in the book and they will probably still have to use part of their budget to beef him up (although he has got really tanked, he still isn’t bulky enough - he sorta looks like a 12 year old with a six pack and a lot of muscles.) :L I love him for his enthusiam but I’m not a fan of Taylor. He seems like a great guy - someone I would get on with - but not a Jacob. That is if we’re going by the books.
