ASK ALICE: EDWARD’S BEDROOM DESIGN
In this week’s Ask Alice, some design tips for the home: Edward Cullen style!

The Cullen’s house in Twilight was absolutely stunning with its sharp, modern architectural lines, glass walls, and forest back drop. But the part of the house that stands out most to fans is Edward’s amazing room.
My eyes absolutely lit up when I first saw it… With its neutral tones and so many nods to the contemporary /modern interior design, he still managed to have plenty of antique items such as his turntable complete with records and CDs from every decade. And if you had any doubt of the youngest Cullen boy’s age, just look at his stash of countless leather-bound journals that hold his thoughts from the past 90 or so years.

Due to no need for sleep, a white Barcelona couch is in place of a bed- topped on a grey rug. Next to the couch are a Platner table and a white one seat sofa. And what’s a studious vampire without a posh, rich wood desk complete with a mounted Plasma? Edward also has many, many, many, many books and music all over his room. So thank goodness to the free-floating, white bookshelves, the vertical Sapien bookshelf and the wall mounted shelf (Which takes up an entire side of the room in itself!)-if not, Bella wouldn’t have even been able to roam around to discover her beau’s interests.
