Entertainment Tonight has a behind-the-scenes look at a new New Moon photo shoot featuring Taylor Lautner and Kristen Stewart that will appear in an upcoming issue of Entertainment Weekly magazine. The issue hits stands on Friday and Taylor and Kristen grace the cover as part of Entertainment Weekly’s ‘Fall Movie Preview’.

I’m still in awe over Taylor’s backflips. Wow! I’ll admit I watched that part like 5 times. Okay, but really, I am so looking forward to this shoot. We haven’t gotten a new Twilight-related shoot lately, so this will be a breath of fresh air. Friday can’t come soon enough! Are you an Entertainment Weekly subscriber? Oh my…this is all the more delicious after seeing the leaked French New Moon clip. This movie will be amazing. There is already a close friendship between Kristen & Taylor and she has said over and over again how sweet he is and how she would do anything for him.

And it must be fun for him (younger than Kristen a bit) to romance an Older Woman. lol I think their “chemistry” is going to sizzle. =)

Summit made a HUGE mistake on this. If they think they should push the â€œBella/Jacobâ€ friendship for New Moon, they are wrong. Like it or not, Robert Pattinson IS the face of Twilight and itâ€™s the chemistry between Kristen and Rob that is making these movies HUGE. They DESPERATELY need to include Edward in the sale and promotion of this movie. New Moon was deathly slow in the middle without Edward and promoting that part of the movie is a HUGE mistake.

Not going to buy this one and it makes me groan over the movie.

KristiDeb i understand what u’r saying I mean I’m team EDward but I’ve never have a problem with jacob or even taylor I also like him even during all the half book in New Moon but I really feel that Summint is pushing taylor too hard. He’s all over everything and also they’re trying too hard to make the taylor kristen relationship work.. I don’t understand is that necessary??

KristiDeb – How in the world can they promote New Moon with Edward and not Jacob and still stay true to the story? They’ve already added Edward in more with the apparitions. Adding any more Edward would change New Moon too much.

Staying true to the books is what will make the movies huge with the fans.

And I say this as someone who is 100% Team Edward with a sexy pic of Rob on her desktop. I am NOT Team Jacob at all, and I hate that Bella fell in love with Jacob too.

The success of New Moon is not going to live or died on the chemistry between Kristen and Taylor, what a lame statement to make. The backbone of the 4 books is the love story of Bella and Edward.
While Jacob/Taylor is a major player in New Moon, the core of the movie is still the Bella/Edward relationship. Jacob is just another hurdle for them to overcome.
I may be wrong, but I bet what most people will be talking about at the end of the film will be the Bella and Edward reunion, and just like in the books Jacob will be #2.

I am not a subscriber to E W but I should be since I have lots of issues. Of course I will pick this one up. I am TEAM EDWARD but I would love for Jacob to be my BEST FRIEND. Remember Edward left her dying inside and Jacob pulled her back to life. So looking forward to this photo shoot. Loved this video. ANXIOUS FOR NM!!!

I love the chemistry that exudes from this clip. Yes, I love Edward too, but New Moon is Bella and Jacob. I’m thrilled to see them together and have such a natural connection.

OK, I guess that means that next week, Kristen will be pregnant with Taylor’s baby, isn’t that how it works? And, she will have already left Michael to be with Taylor. His being under 18 will only add to the spice. What say you Ted Casablanca? Did I beat you to the punch?

the whole bad boy look is REALLY working well for taylor in this photoshoot!!! He seems to grow more and more adorable every time i see him. Also, its so undescribably nice to see how much these two have fun together and care about each other! so sweet!!

bwen and kirstiDeb, seriously, you both seem to be under the seriously mislead impression that the twilight franchise is based solely on edward and bella. Yes, it is their love story, but quite frankly if this franchise had ONLY bella and edward in it and no jacob, i wouldn’t even be bothered with it. Its the outside characters and plot’s that MAKE the story- jacob and bella’s friendship, and jacobs love for her (and yes, he is NOT a user, he CLEARLY did love bella, ask stephenie) is one of the things that makes the story interesting. What if all there was to twilight was just endless “i love you’s” from bella and edward with nothing else??? hello, one boring-ass franchise. Jacob was a brilliant and necessary character, and new moon is not an edward/ bella book. it is a JACOB/ BELLA book. it amazes me that anyone can see it as being anything different, obsession with edward cullen can only go so far…

I think it’s good to see more of taylor/kristen. The point is that their story jake/bella is just as importsnt as edward/bella. You can’t have one without the other. I’m team switz, but lean more to jacob =D

Regarding the comments about promoting NM with too much Taylor, I completely disagree. NM is mostly centered about that developing friendship/comfort/love between Bella and Jacob, and as a Team Edward myself, I understand that Edward is taking a step back in NM, hence Rob himself is giving way for people to know that this is Taylor’s moment to shine. We have to keep in mind for the story to keep going in Eclipse and BD, that foundation between Bella and Jacob has to be in tact to get the full effect of the complexity of how Bella is later on torn in Eclipse. And besides, is there really more need to promote Edward/Rob at this point? I don’t think so. Rob, without meaning to, gets promoted no matter what.

bwen, thank you for your statement re: live/die based on Jacob/Bella chemistry. I addressed the same issue in the forum. I was a bit bothered by that statement. I am personally looking for that chemistry as more of a friendship connection, yes Jacob falls for Bella, but Bella is too much of a mess for us to expect the same connection she has with Edward, to which I say the movie is following the book faithfully.

The chemistry between Kristen and Taylor (on screen) will absolutely have an effect on the success of the movie! If you can’t buy that Bella and Jacob are best friends and that Jacob is falling in love with her, the movie will fail in bringing the book to life.

Bella and Edward’s reunion is surely going to be one of my favorite scenes of the movie. But let’s be realistic – that’s probably going to about 10-15 minutes of the entire movie. Maybe less. Bella and Edward dancing in the gazebo at the Prom in Twilight is one of my favorite scenes of that movie. But it’s not the whole movie.
