TA TALKS BACK: CALLING ALL BOYS!!!
TA Forum member JW Healy bring us: While I know there are some Twilight-transformed boys out there, most of the male species are swearing off on this timeless love story between a quiet girl and a sexy vampire. Inreality, they should be committing the book to memory. Read on for the reason why.
Mothers, Daughters, Girl Friends:
Put your significant other in front of the screen and have him read this.
Hey, Guys: Quit thinking that Twilight is only for girls!
I have a teenage son; he just turned 17. He works hard at his studies, is a Peer Support leader, plays jazz and rock drums and is on the varsity volleyball team. Most people who meet him think he’s handsome. And, in addition to his good looks, I think he has a great personality. He looks at me like I’m nuts. “That’s a girl’s book, Mom,” he says.

I’m a Twilight boy, and not ashamed to admit it! But sorry girls, I’m just as much in love with Edward, Jasper, Emmett, and Jacob as you. ;-D
I agree with the assessment of Edward. His complete devotion to Bella, in every look, touch and thought, and that he is a total gentleman, make him a man of anyone’s dreams. Yes, it’s nice he is handsome, but that is down the list.
He is so focused on Bella. Yes, he is a bit overprotective, but I don’t think it’s too much. To have someone offer that commettment, be able to put you first, no matter what, THAT is something anyone would want. How seductive!
He always thinks of her. I agree with Bella, he is even more amazing behind the face!
Twi-guys for the win!
I honestly don’t see why gender is such a big deal. It’s a great series and I feel no shame in wearing my Alice shirt whenever possible. lol
I’m a guy and I love the series. I’m just finishing up Eclipse, but I can’t put it down. I even got my mom to start reading it and she feels the same as I do. Its just a good read, plain and simple! Not for just girls or guys, but for everyone!
