TA TALKS BACK: REBUTTAL TO NEW MOON TRAILER, FIRST THOUGHTS

I like it alot. Jacob looks so HOT!!!, but they could of made a better looking wolf, more realistic.

I am not going to say that I completely agree with you. There are things about the trailer that I love and things that need improvement. There is nothing that I hate or despise. The acting, from the little bit that I saw, was disappointing, but like you said this is short and doesn’t show everything. The lack of emotion is also a little disappointing.

But other than that I LOVED everything that I saw. I love the look of the film, the wardrobe, the make up, Taylor is awesome, and most of all I LOVE the wolf. I don’t understand what people’s problems are with the wolf. It actually looks just how I envisioned it in the book. And if we remember the wolves grow over time.

Everyone is going to see things differently, but I am optimistic. I think that this film will be leaps and bounds over Catherine’s mess of a movie. And the low budget grainy feel of the film was not Catherine’s downfall. It was her interpretation of the film. It was awful. Rob and Kristen and Peter and Taylor and Billy Burke, etc. were all great and the story was great. The direction was awful and some of her ideas were awful. Just saying.

Yea, the way I see it is if people don’t think the 2 minute trailer looks good, (where they don’t even show full scenes and there isn’t really much talking going on to capture any real emotion that we’d see on the big screen), oh and the wolf is too “cartoonish”… oh and the color is off from the first movie… oh yea and Bella’s not crying in the woods…. OH and the house isn’t the same as in the book…. Don’t forget that Edward isn’t heartbroken while leaving Bella in the woods (even though he’s broken up on the INSIDE), oh and the fact that the staircase isn’t exactly how it is in the book… don’t forget every OTHER complaint everybody else seems to have about the movie…. I personally have NO complaints whatsoever….. If someone has a complaint, about the 2 minute trailer, made up completely of unedited, unfinished clips from different parts of the movie.. then they don’t have to go see it! And if they are THAT upset by the way the 2 minute trailer was put together… maybe they should write a complaint letter to Summit? Maybe that will convince someone to change the entire movie and prolong the release date, furthermore prolonging the release date for Eclipse… and then maybe.. just MAYBE… they won’t do Breaking Dawn!!! :O
All I’m saying is….. if you don’t like the 2 minute trailer (yes I keep saying 2 minute trailer cuz it is no more than TWO MINUTES LONG) don’t watch the trailer, don’t go see the movie, even though I bet anybody any amount of money that the trailer does no justice to how the movie will actually be in the end… Like I’ve said before and I’ll say it again…. We’re lucky they even showed us that clip so early before all the editing is even complete. This is just MY personal opinion… I’m not being bias here because I do like everything about the trailer… even if I hated the trailer like some others… I’d still be saying the exact same thing. So I think… that if people would like to enjoy New Moon, Eclipse and quite possibly Breaking Dawn… they should stop thinking so negatively about something like a …. 2 minute unfinished trailer? this concludes my rant.
