Already pre-ordered your ‘Twilight’ DVD through Amazon or somewhere else? Well, you may want to re-think that. Borders has just announced their exclusive, 2-disc, special edition ‘Twilight’ DVD. The list price is $39.99, but the Borders price is set at $29.99. Read below for more details:

Wow! Borders outdid everyone with the soundtrack, also, so I guess I shouldn’t be surprised that they did it again with the DVD. I actually like what both DVDs offer, so I think I may buy both. Yikes!

What do you think of Borders’ special edition DVD? Have you already pre-ordered from Amazon, or somewhere else? Are you going to cancel and get this one, stick with the original, or buy both?

    I ordered mine last week, and checked my Credit Card and it was debited, I checked today and the money is back in my account. I called the bank and they said that the amount was declined but they couldn’t give me a reason cause I have credit and nothing to block the transaction. My question is when you order I through borders I thought that they debit at the time of order so if a confirmation came through, why didn’t they alert me that is was declined? I’m anxiously waiting on a reply. Has this happened to anyone else?

    I ordered an order with Borders went through fine and tried to do another about ten days later. They pre-authorise your credit card and then put the money back on a few days later. Hate how they do it. But for my second lot they took it and the order and five days later cancelled so I tried ordering with my sister’s credit card. Figured maybe as I ordered prior they were limiting but hers came back cancelled two days later. I called from Australia and they said the demand was so high, they just can’t cope with it that’s why the orders were cancelled. I said fair enough but why except the order and worse pre-authorise our credit cards(which made it we couldn’t use those funds for a few days until money was put back on).
    Just so the Aussie’s here know it’s a region 1 dvd for NTSC U.S but play in multi-region dvds and if your dvd player is locked just goggle your make and brand and that’s how we unlocked ours to play multi-regions. I might add today Borders took the money officially off my card so I’m wondering if the process has begun of them going through and shipping shortly. So exciting.

    Ok so i bought it couldnt help myself but i want to know WHEN we get it if we are in Australia. Do we have to wait until its released in Australia (April 22) or will it be shipeed once released in America??

    I sure hope so. My twilight and new moon copies are the Borders special edition and i want the eclipse to match it. I am going to be very upset if Borders doesn’t come out with their version! Has anyone heard anything about it?
