It was absolute bedlam. There were angry shouting matches and endless arguments. Screams of “just look at Bella’s fantastic mittens!” met by “yes, but you’re forgetting Edward’s cool grey jacket!” and all the while someone wittering on about the sleek jeans and jacket combinations of Rosalie. What is all this noise about? None other than our poll to find the best dressed character in the Twilight film.

Coming in at number one as the best dressed character from the Catherine Hardwicke film is Ashley Greene’s kooky boho princess Alice Cullen with a whopping 42.6 per cent of the vote. A distant second is Edward (Robert Pattinson) with 22 per cent and third is Rosalie (Nikki Reed) with 13.9 per cent just ahead of Bella (Kristen Stewart) on 12.6 per cent. The remaining four, Carlisle (Peter Facinelli), Jasper (Jackson Rathbone), Esme (Elizabeth Reaser) and Emmett (Kellan Lutz) all lag behind with approximately 2 per cent each.

The poll, which opened a month ago today, is still open to voting so there’s still a chance to have your say (vote here) and for those of you that have already a big Boxwish thank you. We had nearly 3,000 Twilight fans cast their vote from every corner of the globe and the general consensus is that Alice is the style sensation of the Stephenie Meyer adaptation.

    Yes I agree that Alice was the best. I also love it because I look like her, and now jsut have to hunt down available outfits that are very similar to hers, if not exact. That was I can parade around the movie theater at the New Moon midnight premiere with a sign around my new that reads “I Am Alice Cullen And I Give Free Hugs”
    My friends have mentioned I should try since they think I look cute enough to get some people to hug me. haha
    Carlisle was hot lol. Carlisle should have been better, along with Jasper and Esme.
    Ew to Edward and Bella.
