COLLIDER: ROB PATTINSON COMMENTS ON ‘BREAKING DAWN’
Steve over at Collider was able to ask Rob Pattinson a great final question at today’s press junket, and this one was all about Breaking Dawn. Read below for details:

But when I had the opportunity to ask Robert Pattinson the last question at today’s press junket, I made the most of it. I asked him if he has been told of a tentative time he might film “Breaking Dawn”? He replied:“I think the tentative time for “Breaking Dawn” is fall next year. They may well change that.”
What you need to realize is many things change. Perhaps “New Moon” doesn’t do as well at the box office as the first “Twilight” movie. Or perhaps they can’t get the script right. While things might change, Pattinson’’s statement of fall 2010 is the first time anyone in the cast has admitted there is a plan. Much more on “Twilight: New Moon” later tonight.

What do you think of Rob’s comments?

I sure hope there will be a Breaking Dawn!! It was the best book in the series.
I could not get the rest of the article.
Breaking Dawn is so important it has to happen. I cannot imagine the fans not seeing all the movies a few times each in the theaters. They have sold so much merchandise and I imagine that will continue. I hope Rob is correct and they start filming next fall or sooner.
Kristen’s publicist wouldn’t allow the question so his interview makes me wonder if Rob might’ve let it slip a bit. As if it hasn’t been slipped and implied a handful of times already, eg Booboo Stewart.
They can’t not make it, it’d be like cutting out the main scene of a movie, worse ? But at the same time, i like how they’re not spoiling us in one go and leaving us in suspense.
they really need to make bd! i mean they can’t just leave it like that! oh yea we’ll make the first three and leave the last one. it is just not right! ERMIE-yes it is waaaaaayyy too important not to happen!
Wow, if the comment is correct start filming 2010. I agree with Heather the best book. But it would have to be 2 movies. I thought that there was a legal problem with the ownership of the written subject matter between Stephenie and some other writer, who wrote a book about a human young girl who gets married to a vamp, gets pregant and dies after the birth. Who’s to say that the script hasn’t been outlined/rought draft and is sitting on a shelf somewhere at Summit.
yeah its kind of weird Summit is keeping it a secret. Because we all know they will make it because this franchise is making summit a lot of money. And Breaking Dawn is also a part of the whole series so that would also be afacotor for having it made
Glad Rob let it slip that it will be made. Summit can’t do anything now. Now they should just let it out of the bag
