The other day we told you about LXTV First Look on ABC, which planned to air an exclusive ‘Twilight’ interview with Kellan Lutz (Emmett) and Ashley Greene (Alice). Well, now the video is available online! They talk about the exact filming date, locations, scenes, and more.

This interview was great! It’s nice to hear interviews from Ashley and Kellan, and especially nice to hear ones that are as in-depth as this. I’m so excited for ‘New Moon’ - and especially the Italy scenes. By the way - Kellan’s snowboarding story made me laugh out loud. That is definitely a sight that I’m sure many were sad they missed!

We would love to hear your thoughts on the outtake, so questions will be included at the end of each entry to get you to rack your brain and think a little harder!

We’ve got some good news, and some not-so-good news for those of you planning to attend the Orlando, Florida ‘Twilight’ convention, EyeCon. Firstly, Peter Facinelli (Carlisle) has been added to the roster, and will be attending the May convention. Secondly, and unfortunately, Taylor Lautner (Jacob Black) has had to postpone his appearance. Read below for more details on why Taylor had to cancel:

Due to an overwhelming demand by the fans of Twilight and Taylor Lautner, Taylor has been recast in the role of Jacob Black for the Twilight sequel, New Moon. This has caused Taylor’s work schedule to overlap with most of his convention appearances, including ours. Taylor has been forced to postpone all convention appearances. We are working diligently with Summit Pictures and Taylor’s management to secure an appearance, either at a future convention or to be added back to the roster for this one. Until such time as we can reschedule, we have, at the request of Taylor’s management, removed Taylor’s appearance from the schedule. Rest assured that we will do all that we can to work with Taylor to secure an appearance as soon as possible. We will be announcing many new guests for this May convention shortly. All autographs and photo ops purchased specifically for Taylor will be converted to a credit. This credit is either transferable to autographs/photo ops for other celebrity guests, now and in the future as guests are added, or refundable upon request (please allow up to two weeks for refund to post).Please note that admission tickets are non-refundable, only Taylor-specific photo ops or autograph tickets. If Taylor is added back to the schedule, any remaining credits will be re-converted back to their original Taylor autograph or photo op. We understand that fans will be disappointed and trust that they will find comfort in the fact that they will now be able to see Taylor reprise his role in the new film.

This is such a bummer! Taylor has already cancelled at least one convention appearance, so it’s unfortunate that this one had to be cancelled, too. I am just happy that he’s returning as Jacob, but then again, I hadn’t planned to attend the convention so I suppose I’m biased.
