   I really didn’t like how HorrorYearbook and iTWire stated that Stephenie Meyer threw a ‘hissy fit’ over Midnight Sun’s leak. Who are they to judge her reaction? Be nice, SM is going through a hard time right now.

   I really think that the people who where paid to write these stories should all be fired. First they did not do enough research to know that Midnight Sun is a re-work of Twilight form another point of view, and that yes the story does have an ending.
   2nd I think that money is not a motivator to everyone in the free world some people really do have feelings about what they do.
   Third I think that it is wrong to attempt to degrade Stephanie Meyer by attempting to lower the class of her writing by saying that it is only teenage girls who will care. Many adults and males alike are huge fans of the Twilight Saga and I am no spring chicken myself. I think that fans are truly hurt, confused, sorry and disappointed. We would all have liked this to have turned out differently but writing articles with no facts and a lot of mud slinging is not going to improve the situation, for people who are also professional writers to be so harsh to one of there own proves just how unprofessional they are. I am sure if it was there blood, sweat and tears going into something that was stolen from them that they would feel the same way. Stephanie Meyer is a real person with real feelings not some sort of mythical story writing computer so back off.

   Okay, let’s go ahead and SHOOT the person who wrote the first article on the Hold on MS. Let’s go ahead and congradulate the person who wrote the second article, because that was a good report and didn’t really complain about SM having a hissy fit. About the third one–unfortunately, I couldn’t read it because of the slow connection. NEVER MIND–I saw it and closed it immediately. Okay, so where does that leave us? Well, 2 good reports–there’s one from the LA times and the second article here.

   Oh well, these guys aren’t really Twilighters anyways…

   I completely agree with Katelyn, Apreil Poulson, and Julie. Really, is it a hissy fit if something you’ve worked so hard on was prematurely released? Um, no!! And those “reporters” should be shot. It’s really not so hard to find out that Midnight sun is just Twilight from a different point of view. I’m insulted for Mrs. Meyer.

   I don’t care what Stephenie says. Just becasue she says she’s going to stop writing doesn’t mean my army will stop. No way! We have to convince her to change her mind. This is horrible. Please help me stop her, it doesn’t seem right.

   um…not to be rude or anything, this is my option by the way but, i think stephanie has every right to be doing what she is doing. im a writer also and copywriting is wrong. writing is like a world all your own and control it by your mind, when someone threatens something unfinished and has the undecentsy to do so is heart breaking and sad. she is not being childish at all, she is just heart broken and not really in her mind at the moment. her world has just colapsed on her. not saying that i like a lot of you need her books just to get by and want more of the series, believe me i want the sega to go on forever, but to have something like this happen is a heart breaking, i sapport her decision. so yeah she has every right to stop the series.

   ok i dont mean to be rude but impersonaly really mad at SM for discontinuing her rite n MS. why punish her entire fanbase for something they didnt do. i mean seriously punish the person who did it not us. but hopfully thr leaker wasnt robert pattinson. plus i dont think he would ever do that to anyone

   Okay, for one, I’m 21 (obviously out of my teens) and utterly crushed that this series is put on hold. I agree that the article writers should be frickin reprimanded because all they did is degrade their public. For two, I think Stephenie has every right to put this manuscript on hold. I just wish she wouldn’t, but as a writer (even amateurish), I feel like I know where she’s coming from. I support Stephenie in her wishes and can’t wait to read the next project she produces!!!

    Wow this is insane….she did have a hissy fit. So what her book leaked out…she can join the club of thousands of musicians and writers who’ve had their books and music leak out or illegally downloaded. If every artist or writer thought like she did we would A) have no more music, and B)have no 7th book of Harry Potter (which my friend had already read by the time it came out).

    Someone needs to tell this new author that this is LIFE it’s called the Internet. was what happend wrong YES was it a shame of course but it doesn’t need to be the end of the series. I think what she did was VERY Over dramatic.

    And as for the book Midnight Sun you can reada the leaked out manuscript on her website and to be honest it stinks. I mean we’ve all read twilight the first book do I really need to sit and read another 300 pages of it all over again?

    i would rather see her write a book continuing the story perhaps from Jabcob’s and Renesmee’s point of view or something along those lines. This thing of writing a book that is identical to the first one just from another perspective is so stupid. I mean she uses most of the dialog from the first book.

    It was a way to make another what 5million dollars with a copy of the same first book. perhaps she did not hault the making of the last book because it leaked but because when it did leak people thought it was lame.

    Just my opinion I like the series but I do think this last book idea of hers was pushing it.

    i really don’t know what to think! i mean i can not wait forever to read MS.but people, the author of the books we all love got hurt we need to support her not bring her down!i totally get it!i read the draft on stephanie’s web site and i am crazy over it! i would simply adore to have MS next to the rest of the series.
