TWILIGHT MOVIE PREMIERE - LOCATION CHANGE CONFIRMED
Yesterday we told you that there had been word of a possible change in location for the Twilight movie premiere (click here to read our initial post). Well, Pattinson Online has gotten confirmation that the location HAS changed.
Here is what they say about the issue:
I sent an email to Lisa Ha, who is in charge of premieres and private screenings at Mann Village Theatre, Westwood.Question: I was wondering if you can confirm that the Twilight Premiere has been moved from Grauman’s to The Village in Westwood.
Answer: Yes, it is now at the Village.
Are any of you planning on attending the premiere? If so, does the location change make things a bit more difficult for you?

Do you happen to know what time? is it a day premiere or night? Having it by UCLA is gonna draw a HUGE crowd!!!
I specifically booked a room at the Hollywood Roosevelt, for its location across the street from Grauman’s Chinese Theater. I could have stayed somewhere less expensive if I’d known the premiere wasn’t going to be at that theater!
I wonder why? If I lived near California, which I dont, Im in Maine, I would go even if it meant the premire was at the local run down theater! I wouldnt care….but I wonder why it was changed? They better not down size the premire…have they had their heads in the sand the last few months? It’s going to be as big as a Harry Potter premiere!
Why was the location changed? Is this a good or bad thing???
Don’t know what time it’s going to be, but if it’s in the evening there’s going to be a traffic jam. Normally, Westwood is considered very busy on Friday evenings. However, if you’re a die hard Twilight fan, just prepare…give yourself enough time, traffic, etc. and enjoy! Also, Westwood is UCLA territory, there will be alot of college students in the area.
Does anyone know the time of the LA premiere?
As a student from UCLA, i can already tell you.. there is going to be a HUGE crowd of students.
I know i’m going…but do you really think there will be a huge crowd? i havent really met other college students who are into it.
I want to attend desperately! I live in Ohio and do not know the LA area well at all, but, I did get it off work. So, does anyone have any advice about where to stay?? Or, if there are others coming from outr of town, perhaps a meet up?
I am SOO going!! I cant wait Im driving from New Mexico to go!! Does anyone know the address? I keep finding different addresses for the location..
