Dakota Fanning made her way to the Jay Leno show on Thursday night just before The Twilight Saga: New Moon hit theaters to talk about her film and her life. In the interview, Dakota talks about her ‘normal’ life and her recent homecoming princess title, her upcoming film (with New Moon co-star Kristen Stewart) The Runaways, how she was a fan of the books before she was cast, and more.

It’s so hard for me to believe Dakota is only 15! She is so mature and such a good role model for young girls. Though she had a smaller part in New Moon, I thought she did great and I look forward to seeing her reprise her role. What did you think of this interview?
