‘ECLIPSE’ FILMING UPDATE 2.0: BELLA AND CHARLIE SWAN!

We just brought you an update from the Eclipse set, but we have breaking news tonight from Just Jared Jr. Kristen Stewart was snapped in full Bella Swan attire and next to her, Billy Burke as Charlie Swan. Make sure you notice Kristen’s transition from Joan Jett hair back to Bella:

Yes! I have been waiting to see pictures of Bella. If this is a wig, they’ve really done a fantastic job on it, Kristen looks great as Bella. Billy is looking so very Charlie. These are great!

FINALLY!!! hahaah i’ve been waiting to see these pop up! xD as much as i love kristen though… something looks off… maybe its the wig/extensions? idk but so glad to see Eclipse production up & running!!! =D i haven’t even seen New Moon yet but i cant eve wait until Eclipse!!!

Not to be rude or anything but it certanly looks like a wig. I hope it looks better in the movie and it probably will. I can see a huge different from the first movie to this. (her hair i mean)

No, I don’t think its a wig..Its kinda dark hair, but maybe its just the lightening. Still, she was cute in black cropped hair, but I prefer when she has it long.

i’m with you, Thea, something does look off about her hair. She had a hairpiece in Twilight, and the party scene hair looked perfect, so I’m not quite sure what’s going on here…

I think it’s maybe the hair style. The hair itself looks fine, but I agree something does look a little off. I hope it’s just a bad picture.

I can’t believe Kristens hair. It looks awful. I can’t believe she chopped it off and dyed it black for that other movie. She should have worn a wig for that because that movie was going for consistency… first jasper, now bella. Who’s next. Hopefully no one

I was very excited to see these but I honestly do not like that wig. It looks terrible I think.
BUT may turn out better onscreen.

Maybe her hair looks different because it looks like they have it parted to the side. I don’t think it was parted to either side in Twilight or what I’ve seen of New Moon.
But she is a year older and she among the Vamps & wolves (outside her human friends) is getting older and people do change in their looks as they do.

NO! NO!The wig is horrible! Why didn’t they add extensions instead? It would have looked sooooooooo much better. You can do extensions on the shortest of hair,so this wig thing is a BIG mistake UGH!!! I’m so sorry for being so opinionated about this,but as a hairdresser,I can’t help it.Well,maybe they’ll add them later.

Well, of course it’s extensions and/or a wig.We had all seen Kirsten with the short hair for the rebel movie. I dont understand the surprise in the fact that her hair is so different. However,
Bella IS human, she can change. She is getting older. In RL and in the book, so she was bound to change a little. I am a bit upset she isn’t wearing the outfit alice got her. Or the fact that (in new moon) Jasper looks WAY different, as did Esme a little. Vampires should not change. Even alice is a bit different.
The picture above looks like it was taken on a phone or low quality camera. Plus they are ourdoors. I think with a little movie magic bella will appear to be bella.

It’s JUST hair. Seriously, it doesn’t look that bad. Is this movie all about how Bella’s hair looks? Relax, people, I’m sure that when you are watching Eclipse you will not even notice her hair. It is probably a lot healthier for Kristen’s hair to wear a wig rather than put in extensions and dye it because her hair was quite short and black.

i’m glad to see eclipse production is on its way. but i’m not happy at all with bella’s look. not to be mean or anything but you can SO tell that is a wig and i dont think it looks good on kristen. and if she is going to be using a wig for the entire movie it’s definitely noticeable and idk i’m not thrilled with that. she’s the main character there has to be consistency in the way how she looks. and whats up with jeans and a shirt? shes going to graduation granted she will be under a yellow robe but regardless nobody goes that underdress to their own graduation. if my memory serves me right alice was the one who picked bella’s outfit for graduation and i believe it was a nice skirt with a nicer top. this is by NO means an alice approved outfit. i really hope that its just the bad quality of the photo that its making her look not so much as bella. but as of now i’m not impressed.

on the other hand i simply love billy burke as charlie swan and he looks awesome in charlie attire.

I dont know why eall of you are dissing Bella’s hair and saying it looks awful. i reckon it looks so pretty! and i didnt even think of it being a wig, but of course Kristen still has her Joan Jett hair cut. contrary to what everyone else thinks, i think it looks completely natural. and she looks really nice in the pic too…

Think about it… how fast does your hair grow? at the beginning of the month she still had it short and choppy from filming Runaways… Of course it’s a wig! LOL And yah, I agree with whomever mentioned it above – hair-style changes are common from year to year, and if Alice got a hold of her, she probably worked her “magic”. But still… this looks like maybe it’s an initial run-through… she’s not even in a cap and gown, so I wouldn’t fret too much just yet over the minor things like her outfit and stuff… relax! Let’s just wait and see next summer, ok?!

the hair’s not so great. I hope it looks better in the movie. And why is she not wearing the outfit Alice gave her. Without that Bella wouldn’t have figured out about the vampires after her. And the birthday party would be different. SOMEBODY NEEDS TO READ THE BOOK AGAIN!

I can’t help but agree with so many of the comments. It’s definitely a wig. The front/top is too thick, and being parted, doesn’t resemble the Twilight/New Moon Bella. Her hair could not have grown back that quickly. You all saw her pics from ComicCon with Rob; that was only 3 weeks ago. Hopefully, the stylists will try to correct that as filming continues. I didn’t concentrate on her “graduation attire” in the pics with Billy Burke. Maybe her “Alice-style” outfit will make it to the screen afterall. Just looking forward to seeing Eclipse on the screen and New Moon in 2 months!

i think the wig looks ok but it looks different because they hav changed the parting in the wig to where her real parting is in her hair also i think maybe they should hav cut more layer into the wig to give it a bit more root lift and also to make it look like her old hairstyle

her wig is AWFUL. it better look better than that in the movie. i really wish she didnt have to chop her hair into an ugly mullet to be Joan Jett. she SHOULD have gotten a wig for THAT. ugh!

aaahh!! i am a huge fan of charlie in the movie!!! he is sooooo funny!! i cant wait to see new moon to see if they kept him like that or not!!! lol!!! the gun bit cracks me up EVERY TIME!!!

Her hair looks fine. It looks weird here because it’s a crappy quality picture. I just hope that’s not what she is wearing for the graduation. I doubt it because when they showed pics of everyone else (Angela, Jessica, Mike, etc.) they were all dressed to the nines.. well to Fork’s standards. But even being BELLA that’s waaaay too casual.. I don’t think that’s the final outfit. It can’t be. It’s supposed to be a pretty blue skirt/top combo that’s Alice approved. And that’s just.. not it.
