ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT: EXCLUSIVE ‘NEW MOON’ CLIP

As promised, Entertainment Tonight aired an exclusive clip from The Twilight Saga: New Moon this evening and we have it for you now. The clip features Bella and her first confrontation with the wolf pack and is officially titled “Jacob’s Transformation”. I LOVED the slap, I know it was not in the book but I am glad it was added it makes it more intense somehow..
Let’s hope we get to see a BIG slap for Jacob in Eclipse,hey?

Awesome scene! Different from the book, but I really like it! Kristen really looks like she did great as Bella in that scene. The yelling and slap kind of make that friendship between her and Jacob seem really strong.

Kristen’s acting is extraordinary this time around. You can just see her irritation mounting throughout the scene… And that punch? WOW!

These types of changes are, most definetly, changes I wholeheartedly approve of.

Yes, I like the drama the slap adds, it does look like a slap because if it was a punch wouldn’t she break her hand like in Eclipse?
So Heike I’m with you we need to see that good hard punch she gives in Eclipse, so we can see Edward comfort her and see him threaten Jake.

OK, Not to bad. Wasn’t sure where that scene actually took place from the trailers, but now I think it fits together. The slap is an extra which works well in that scene. Getting good,Can’t wait. But have to say that Jacob’s “movie” wolf definately looks different then the book version that I visulized him to look like..Not the right color and smaller, Don’t you think? Still like it.

Can you say “Cartoon” with a capital “C”? I’ve seen movies made ten years ago with better CGI than this. But I’ll be thrilled to see this movie no matter how bad the effects–bad effects did not deter my love for the first Twilight movie!

I love it, but the way Jake looks when he is about to jump looks fake, and the noise Paul makes before he changes is weird…but other than that it is SUPER amazing =) and I LOVE the slap! hehe

The first 2 trailers that showed Jacob’s transformation scared me to death. With the new clip of the confrontation that result in Paul changing and Jacob changing, it’s calmed me down and helped me to understand the reason behind the rapid change.

This actually helped me understand better- the original clip showing Jacob changing seemed like it was related to Laurent encountering Bella in the ‘meadow’. Now I can see why he is right outside of his house.

She slaps Paul. She didn’t punch him.

I wish someone would write an article making sure everyone wanting to see the book on screen in it’s exact form will better understand this is a film ADAPTED from a book. ADAPTED meaning it has taken ideas, moments and even some lines from the book and adapted it to screen. It is NOT exactly true to the book and since we allll saw Twilight we should be well ready for a loose interpretation.

I watched this like a million times !
Cannot get over it
It shows Bella’s brave side,
she never has one but during that time
she was so upset with Jacob’s behavior
I wouldn’t be surprised if she did slap someone !

I don’t think the wolves look cartoonish at all. They look really good. Can’t wait for the movie, but yeah I agree with you newborn1863. I feel like they are throwin too many scenes and trailers at us. I want to see all of this together as a movie! not all these little clips!
