The Examiner.com has an article letting us know that there is an upcoming LA Times Festival of Books this weekend, and Melissa Rosenberg will not only be in attendance, she’ll be signing scripts!
Melissa Rosenberg the Twilight screenwriter will be signing copies of the Twilight script at the LA Times Festival of Books this Saturday, April 25 at 2pm.You can purchase a copy of the Twilight script whose proceeds will benefit the Writer’s Guild Foundation. Oh I wish I could go to this. A Book Festival actually sounds like a lot of fun to me. And I’d love to get a Twilight script signed by Melissa Rosenberg. I wonder if they’re terribly expensive? I had the pleasure of meeting Melissa and she is a wonderful person, with a lot of love for the Twilight fans. Go if you can!

I completely forgot the Festival of Books was this weekend. It has always been a good time when I’ve gone. I would definitely love to get a signed script, but it would depend on the price.
Yes, I am going to the festival. Yes, I am going to buy a copy of the script; two actually, one for myself and one for a friend. BUT there is no mention of where she will be signing. Since the festival is spread all over the UCLA campus, which is 419 acres of land, I am not looking forward to wandering all over the place trying to find out where she will be. Any possiblity someone can find out which booth or signing area she will be at on Saturday and post it here? I’ve tried calling both the LA Times Festival of Books hotline and the WGA Foundation and all I get are automated messages; I can’t get a human to answer the phone to save my life.
They’re giving away scripts? Is that legal?
Hmm..I didn’t know Melissa was going to be at the Festival of Books - I was planning on going for other authors but this is a nice plus!
