HOT TOPIC: LISTENING PARTY FOR ‘NEW MOON’ SOUNDTRACK AND CAST TOUR
Hot Topic has fun New Moon soundtrack news for us today. The Hot Topic stores will be hosting listening parties next week on Friday October 16th at 7pm. You can listen to the upcoming soundtrack (released on the 20th) and hear special messages from the bands involved. Attendees will also get a special gift if they pre-order the New Moon soundtrack while at the party. In addition as with Twilight, Hot Topic has once again partnered with Summit Entertainment to bring cast tours back through Hot Topic.

I went to the listening party last year at Hot Topic for Twilight and had a blast. I think I might try and go again this year. I’m not sure about the cast tour part though, that sounded pretty crazy for Twilight, at least it did if Rob was involved.

Hmmm…I did both - sorta. Showed up at the listening party in time to hear the last 3 songs (two of which were the only reason I wanted to go in the first place
) Never got any special gift for preordering - though there was supposed to be one then too.
And the cast tour…insanity. Didn’t bother to stand out in the freezing rain waiting to get in and then not get a wristband, but I did brave the masses that night for the debacle that was supposed to be a Q&A. The gal posing as MC or whatever she was supposed to be…they screamed whenever she spoke. The curtain moved, they screamed. You couldn’t hear a word Rob spoke for all the screaming. Hopefully this time around will be better organized - especially if Rob is one of the cast members involved.
