HOT TOPIC: ‘NEW MOON’ MERCHANDISE HITS STORES

We have exciting news from the land of Twilight or specifically in this case, New Moon merchandise! We’ve heard reports, and now have a picture of proof that New Moon products are hitting the shelves at Hot Topic.

Picture thanks to work4twilight on twitter. Remember to follow TA on twitter , here to get the latest New Moon updates too. Work4twilight also states that the Hot Topic in Riverside, California is one of the very first stores to get the new merchandise.

Over on the TA forum, TA member van_driver also tells us that a manager at Hot Topic told them that next week the stores will be getting in the first shipments of New Moon gear. Some stores already have the junior cut tees, but adult cut tees and New Moon posters are also on their way.

Hot Topic’s online webstore has not yet added any New Moon merchandise to their page, but if you want to check out and stock up on their available Twilight merchandise, click here.

I admit, I love the Twilight merchandise, and am the proud owner of a few Hot Topic shirts already. I’m actually excited to get some New Moon shirts from them too!

Went to the Hot Topic today and nothing New Moon was out yet. I think the stores usually get their shipments in on a Tuesday. At least the store near me does and I live in TX.

i went to hot topic the other day when i was on holiday from the UK & i was really hoping to buy tonnes of twilight merchandise but was so dissapointed as they had hardly anything at all let alone new moon stuff!

Nothing new at Westfield Topanga in SFV, CA but I’ll be scoping it out more often now. What is that square thing? A calendar? Or just a pic?

I actually found out about the new merch last night and i’m super excited to go and get my shirt. I didn’t know they were doing posters too. YAY!

My Hot Topic doesn’t have their merch yet but the women that was working there said that they were on the way and that I should come back in 3-4 days.

They also had Twilight merch on sale.
I bought some posters for only $1.78.

I don’t wear t-shirts so I am hoping for something else. I also am hoping for a greater variety of images. I realize we are several months out from the premiere, sob, but I have no doubt the merchandizing department of Summit is in high gear.

Let’s see some different faces, scenes, etc. Come on Summit, you know we will buy!

Hi, This shit is amazing. I saw it in my local Hot Topic’s on Saturday. So the stores are starting to get them in so anyone who wants it will have to check their local HT or the website.

I have a friend that works a Hot Topic and she said that they got an e-mail and the stores should be getting them next week, and alsothe poster too. I live in AR. Hope that helps.

I am definitely getting that t-shirt when they get the adult ones in-might get the poster too-it’s probably too soon for a calendar since they just got done filming Fri. I got a the big Twilight calendar they had at Wal Mart-they had it marked down to 9.99. I also got the Borders one – great pics. I am still getting the New Moon one as soon as I see it-assuming Borders will have the exclusive? Anybody know?

I started making my own Twilight gear… I bought a hoodie a few weeks ago at hot topic and it’s already falling apart.. Cheap crap… AND it wasnt a cheap price either! >:-\ no more expensive hot topic for me!!

They are running amuck with that odd photo choice too. The way Bella looks bugs me so much! I’ll wait and hope for something different as time goes on. Surely, there will be other options eventually.

I went looking today and our Hot Topic doesn’t have anything here.. I asked the guy working there, and he said he hasn’t been told of any New Moon merch coming yet. He said to check back closer to when the movie was going to come out.. What I can’t wait that long……

Be patient everyone. My friend works at Hot Topic and said that ALL Hot Topic stores have been shipped New Moon posters and shirts. They are on a truck and on their way…….
