Hot Topic has added some really great new items to their already huge page of ‘Twilight’ merchandise. They’ve got a new earring set, pin, several new keychains, and a bracelet and necklace set! Also, in addition to the new merchandise, they’ve got some more news about their exclusive DVD release parties. Keep reading for more information:

And now onto the DVD party info: For those of you who have pre-ordered your DVD through Hot Topic, you will be invited back to Hot Topic for their DVD release party on March 20th, 2009. There will be games and trivia, but you must have an invitation to be able to attend. For more information, click here.

Love, love the new bracelet and necklace set – I think that’s so cool! The DVD party also sounds like fun. It’s too bad you have to have an invitation to go, but fortunately there are other locations you can go if you don’t have an invite to Hot Topic’s party.

    I was waiting for the earing set to happen! I really wanted to have Crest earrings to match everything else! I love them! Dont know when I’ll wear those wolves though….lol…oh and I have the pin too – nice enameled Twilight logo

    I’m so glad that you all did post something about the DVD Release Party. I’m totally going to my local Hot Topic for the release party. Funny thing is that there isn’t any mech that I have found that I really have too have.

    If you pre-order your dvd at hot topic you will get an invitation plus you can bring someone as well. You don’t have to be invited to go, just pre-order at the store and you get the invite.

    I really wish Target had a release party… I’m getting my DVD at Target- best deal I believe, I mean I wish I could get the Borders SE but I got really angry that they didn’t say anything (for sure) about the fact that if you order the DVD after 2/4 (I ordered mine on V-day 2/14) that your item won’t be shipped till April…. So I’ve been contacting Target to ask if I could go down to the store to get the DVD the day of it’s release and pick it up and there’s about a 99.9% chance it’ll be there if it’s not already sold out- so I guess I get to go to the Borders Release Party (hopefully… after my show of course, YAY Producers!) then the next morning I’ll get up at the crack of dawn to pick up my DVD! Ugh, I’m just really pissed at Borders- I don’t have a credit card, so I borrowed my mom’s (without permission :/ ) and then I go to check up on it and they have all these notices they didn’t have when I ordered it….. Why can’t I just do what I did for the books; pre-reserve the copy and then pay for it when I get there? I’m sorry, I don’t believe in credit cards….

    I have the bracelet and necklace set already, and I get compliments on them all the time. I love the earrings, but I don’t really like the wolves being blue. The family crest earrings match the bracelet and necklace set perfectly though, so I’ll probably get the earrings to go with them.
    I have and invite to the Hot Topic party…I’m so excited :D
