KELLAN SHARES HIS THOUGHTS ON MIDNIGHT SUN

Kellan Lutz, who playes Emmett in the upcoming much-anticipated Twilight movie, has done an interview with MTV about Stephenie Meyer and the Midnight Sun leak.
He goes on to say…
“If I was Stephenie Meyer,” Lutz said, “and if I made that book — which is more heartfelt, like a diary in a way — it wouldn’t be out for years. I feel like she created it just for herself, and it’s sad that a part of her has been leaked, if that makes sense.”He has much more to say on the subject including that SM should wait a while before finishing MS. I pretty much agree with him.

i totally agree with kellan and he brought up some good points. because this book was so close to her heart, the hurt she is experiencing is still very raw and open. so i do believe if she continues on with MS that she should wait a while. that way she is not just finishing it because that is what we want. but because that is what SHE wants. he also made a very valid point that by waiting to finish it, it will end up being just like all the other books that we love so much. fluid and an easy read. because if she rushes to finish it, it probably won’t be the same because like i said before the pain is still raw.
I really want Midnight Sun to come out but I beilive that SM should get all the time she needs. If she doesn’t want to finish Midnight Sun, it’s fine with me; it’s her choice and her book. I really want either Midnight Sun or the sequel to The Host.
I pretty much agree with what everyone else has said so far… although I really, really, REALLY do not want the series to end with Breaking Dawn, I do think Stephenie should take all the time she wants/needs to finish Midnight Sun. and if that means she never finishes it, then so be it, but I really hope, selfishly, that she does finish it someday in her own good time.

i think she should finish midnight sun. we all want to get inside edwards head and figure out what he is thinking. other than that we all dont want this story to end. it has brought many things with it and stephenie meyer did a great job. i was on the edge of my seat through all of the books and was extremely excited for midnight sun. i dont believe she should punish the rest of us because some idiot got a big head! i feel for her and am sorry it happened but i still want to read the published version!
i love midnight sun and it is fun to see bella view and then edwards. but i think Sm should take a break for a while and see if she still wants to make it a book. and i hope Sm feels better because people shoudnt do that kind of thing.
I really hope that midnight sun comes out because ive been looking forward to it. I guess i agree with Kellen she should release it in maybe a year or so. I definetly wish that she would keep writing the books because im madly in love with them but she should take a little break from them.
I hope she finishes Midnight Sun. But I accept it if she don’t. Anyway she shouldn’t finish it before she feels fine with it. We don’t want to pressure her into finishing it, do we? I feel really sorry for her.
I agree with Kellan also. SM should take all the time she needs with this book even if it means It will take a year. I would be mad too if someone leaked something of mine that to Everyone. I do hope that she does finish it though, because I have finished all four books, which makes me sad, because they are the best books I have ever read. She should take a break for as long as she needs though, because we wouldn’t want her to just write the rest of the book just for us, we want her to take her time on it and make it the best she can(:

I think Stephine should finish Midnight Sun cause I just read the first chapter of it and I loved it I think it would break her fans hearts if she didn’t finish it but, it would be awesome if Stephine did finish it and I just can’t wait to see if she does publish midnight sun. I am totally for the publication of midnight sun. these books are the air that i breathe! i swear to god! although we already know what happens in the end, it honestly doesnt matter, because we would be seeing the book in a totally different light. Edward is someone that has always been a little mysterious and im sure im not the only person who feels that Edward should have his chance to speak! so PLEASE steph! Finish and publish MIDNIGHT SUN!!!!! I NEED IT!!!

Take your time with Midnight sun. Make it perfect!! I want it to be great. Please, make books that are meant for adults and not teens. I absolutely adore Twilight series, but I believe that she such a wonderful writer with sci/fi that she could do sci/fi romance for an adult audience. Right??
Midnight Sun needs to be published, not for the fans, and not to continue the series, but because it is absolutely brilliant! Stephenie Meyers knows her characters so well, which is mandatory for a turnabout in point of view. The details she sustains are stunning! Every book she’s written is brilliant, from a writing AND reading perspective. The depth with which she writes about human emotion and love is beyond any comparison, as far as I’m concerned. For that reason, I truly hope to see Midnight Sun someday on my shelf with the rest of the (well worn) set.
stephanie meyer knows exactly who leaked and she is just blaming us for publicity. she knows that we want her to publish midnight sun so she has pulled a fake stunt act. she knows who leaked midnight sun, and she is blaming us for no reason. in my opinion she has no right to do this. she has tricked us all. some say that she leaked it herself, others say it was one of her publists. we may never know who really did it but i do know that she knows exactly who did it. so she has no right to pretend any longer, because i know the truth and will pass it on to others as well as whoever is reading this…she knows who did it and it is a fake stunt act.

I agree that she should keep the saga going and not end with Breaking Dawn but that she should also finish the book when SHE wants to. The books mean a lot to her and then somoen stol eit from her and put it online which was totally wrong. So when she finishes it she finishes it and Ill be there to read it >

i totally agree with everyone here except the one about the “stunt” she pulled…she wouldn’t do that to her fans. or herself. i want all the edward cullen i can get my hands on…that includes robert pattinson!! i love him! i think he was the perfect person for edward cullen! again… i do agree, i think she should take a year or two to calm herself and make MS the best ever! I feel terrible this had to happen to Stephanie. I am passionate about Midnight Sun as well as the rest of the Twilight Community. I must say how Happy I am that she is still going through with the publishing. I have a writing passion and I hope someday that I can be just as an ispiration to the public community as Stephanie Myers is. She is my all time favorite writter. A special thanks goes out to her.

i think midnightsun should come out because i would like to know what happens to all the characters do in the futer and weather jacob will have a happy ending or not and i would like to how Renesme will look. I think that it would be a pitty to stop the saga on breaking dawn and not midnightsun.
Im sorry that your book was leaked.. but i really believe that you should finish it because if you dont you will be letting alot of people get there hopes up. i was really excited when i found out. now it kinda sucks because people are saying there will be no midnight sun. ive started reading the beginning of M.S. on htis website and i really like it!

I am not a young person physically, but inside I am young as the characters in the Twilight story. I have read and re-read, watched and re-watched the movie, I just don’t want to leave their world! I cannot believe people did not like Breaking Dawn - it is my favorite, I absolutely loved it! But I can hardly stand waiting for Midnight Sun. I read the chapter on Stephenie’s site and I really want to see the rest of the story!

Yes, PLEASE convince her to finish Midnight Sun. It’s my favorite of all. I read the copy she placed on her website, and fell in love all over again. And enjoyed it even more than Twilight, if that’s possible. And it must be! I would buy that book as well, like the other Twilight books, and buy copies for my friends as gifts. I’ve turned several people on to the Twilight Saga, and I know they would love MS just as much. Please convince SM to finish MS.
