KRISTEN STEWART AND TAYLOR LAUTNER TO ATTEND KNOXVILLE PREMIERE
We just got word last week of the L.A. premiere of The Twilight Saga: New Moon and now we have even more news for you! Regal Entertainment announced today that both Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner will be appearing at the Tennessee benefit premiere, which now has a date of November 17th, just one day after the L.A. premiere. Regal Entertainment Group announced on Monday that actors Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner will attend the Tennessee Benefit Screening of “The Twilight Saga: New Moon”.The premiere will be held at Regal Cinemas Pinnacle Stadium 18 in Turkey Creek on Tuesday, Nov. 17, three days before the movie opens in theaters. Proceeds from the advance screening will benefit Variety- The Children’s Charity of Eastern Tennessee.
A limited number of tickets will be available to the public. A drawing will be held for the opportunity to buy two general admission tickets for $100 each. Registration for the drawing is scheduled from Oct. 9-11 during regular business hours at Regal Cinemas in Knoxville. No purchase is necessary to sign up. However, contestants must be 18 or older, and only one entry per person will be accepted. Complete rules for the drawing will be available at participating theatres.
Winners will be chosen by Nov. 3 and notified by phone. Tickets cannot be resold. At the time of purchase, both guest names will be registered. For entry to the event, valid identification must be shown.

I just recently moved from Knoxville to Wisconsin… to hear this news is a huge disappointment to me towards Knoxville. The fact that they are only allowing people to enter a drawing of which there will be a few winners selected and then on top of that they have to fork out the $100!!!!!!!!!!! If it’s a drawing and they win where is the winning in paying $100????? I understand not wanting a ton of people bombarding this special screening but then why not take those tickets, place them up for sale and when they are sold out they’re sold out! Sheesh…. glad I moved… I’ll just be going to the midnight opening with everyone else and STILL cannot wait!
Where’s Rob???? Am not happy that he’s been kept out of the picture, i knew since early this year this type of thing was going to happen, with Taylor been pushed in to the spot light.
I think that Taylor is being pushed into the spotlight because he has the biggest role in this movie. Rob will be back in the spotlight with both Eclipse and Breaking Dawn. They are giving Taylor his time to shine - let him have it!

Regal Cinemas was founded here, it’s headquarters is HERE, and it’s owner calls Knoxville home. This is also not the first time we’ve hosted a premiere, even though it will probably be the BIGGEST one EVER.
