Lainey Gossip has exclusive pictures from the ‘New Moon’ set, they are claiming that these are pictures from the “La Push” location. The pictures appear to be taken from an aerial view:

Oh it’s exciting to see pictues from the actual filming! Bella with her truck, it looks like she is bringing the motorcycles to Jacob at La Push. This is looking for me, exactly as I always pictured it in my head. To me, there is even something haunting about the way Kristen looks. I think she’ll do a sad, haunted Bella really well.

What do you think of these pictures? Is this how you expected ‘New Moon’ to look?

Who is taking these pics? They are fantastic and I’m so happy to see that this is actually happening now. Just wondering who gets to take these? Do they just let people hang out on set and take these?

These pictures looks great!! I’m dying to know what the lines are that they’re saying at those moments! I saw the mikes hanging over them and I wanted so badly to be a fly on the wall…or the truck I suppose. I think they both look great and Kristen is wearing the same jewelry Bella had in the first movie, so it’s nice to see that continuity. I hope everything is going well and that we keep getting more pics!

I’d just like to know what’s up with Kristen’s hair…it looks like the wig/hair piece has alot of redish auburn in it, it is much lighter than the first film and Bella’s description in the novels. It looks funny.

Yes.. Bella’s hair is different. It’s a lot shorter (like 2 – 3 inches) shorter with more layers and mixing different browns and reds. But that’s okay it looks cute and it can happen people change their hair up in real life all the time, maybe her character wanted a little sprucing up? She looks like she has a bit more make-up on as well. She doesn’t look as plain. She looks pretty! I looove her jacket! The wardrobe is very Bella-ish. I am happy about what they have selected for her, the jewelry is the same as well.. yay! I am so glad to see that New Moon is FINALLY underway!

Okay first of all, Kristen is not wearing a wig in this movie. This is her real hair. Second, why is she running? I don’t want them to add more stuff and take out what is really going on in the book. I hope Chris weitz does a good job. Or else New Moon in screwed. Anyway, TAKE MORE PICTURES! these pictures are only from the first couple days of shooting!

These pictures make me very excited but very very nervous to see how New Moon will be. I hope Kristin does well in this one, I didn’t like her in the last one, but from these pictures she doesn’t look like she just lost her love and is depressed, I don’t know…

My only beef…I know Im sorry…is that Bellas supposed to look unhealthy, sick and withdrawn. She’s supposed to be holding herself together, literally. Instead she looks beautiful. Kristens wig and makeup make her look older and more mature then in Twilight. I guess the bigger budget made a difference.

I also think I recognize the scene. Is this where Bella tries to stop Sam and Embry from jumping off the cliff?

She looks depressed to me-some of you are so picky!
We also don’t know if they were actually filming-could have been rehersals?
Are these official or as someone said-taken from someone hiding in a tree? ha ha
Anyway, can’t wait to see a trailer, even if it’s just 30 seconds, which is probably what the first trailer will be.
I’m just super-excited! Everything I have seen and read so far looks good to me.

Agreed kerri – she looks TOO good. I want to see stringy, unkempt hair and circles under her eyes. She was seriously depressed, but she looks like a healthy, happy teen here.

This is so great how we all know the book so well, and we’re so worried they’re f—–g it up. I think some Twilight fans, should for sure get to Vancouver, and help these production people out!

my god people, I love twilight too, but give it a rest already! I can almost guarantee that if you pick apart every picture you see over the next 8 months (that’s right 8 MONTHS till the movie comes out) you will never like anything you see on screen in New Moon. Things look different on camera with lighting and effects, and by the way, they are the experts here, the ones actually in the industry of making films, so I trust them to do a better job than me. What?! seriously? you want fans to go up to Canada and help THEM out? I think they have it under control. New Moon is going to be what it is going to be, and any true fan will love it no matter what because of what it is: A movie based on one of our favorite books.

..bella wore a wig in twilight, her hair had reddish highlights in it then, they don’t shoot the movie from start to finish..these pictures could be from any part of the movie…the reherse and shoot and reshoot for hours just to get 45 seconds of a scene.. maybe she is running because she needs a potty break… LOL…what are we all going to talk aboout after they have finished shooting breaking dawn….grin…

omg these pics are really cool! if someone is hiding in the tree u are like my hero for doing tht lol! but yea i agree with everyone who says a lot of u are being picky. be happy that one of the best books in the world is being made into a movie and we are able to enjoy it in 8 months!

There is something about the way Kristen looks. It truly looks like her whole life has left her, I’m very excited to see how this plays out on the big screen!! Thanks for the pictures! I absolutely love to know whats happening over where my obsession is being brought to life!!!

I agree with everyone who says KStew looks too good. In the book she’s been grieving and mourning for Edward, sad and depressed…holding herself together. She sure doesn’t look like that in these pics. I’ll give Chris Weitz the benefit of the doubt but this doesn’t feel right to me.

ur right. and the way the second movie ended? what a load of crap! they barley focused on the plot of it… i mean what are they gonna do when renesmee comes? what about when bella gets turned finally? did they get a new director? if not they should… thats my 2 cents.
