MONTEPULCIANO UPDATE: NEW PICTURES OF FILMING LOCATIONS, EDWARD’S BODY DOUBLE, & MORE
Believe it or not, we have another Montepulciano update for you today! We have some great new pictures of several different areas in Montepulciano, some awesome reports on what’s happening in Italy concerning the New Moon filming, and more:
According to reports, it seems it’s been a busy time in Montepulciano! First off, a preliminary ride with Alice’s yellow Porsche was spotted in the Tuscan Country, which you can view pictures and video of here. Also spotted is what appears to be the Volturi’s thrones (pictured above). Next up, (also pictured above) we have some shots of Alan Cappelli, who will be playing the body double of Robert Pattinson, which you can view here. And lastly, we have some video of the fountain being built in Volterra (pictured top left), which you can see more of here.

It seems like things are really moving along in Montepulciano! I really love the picture of the fountain being built and I think the final product will look amazing. It’s also cool to see Edward/Rob’s body double on set – maybe they’re doing some rehearsals? In any case, bring on the cast! I can’t wait to see some shots of them in Italy.
