Last night we brought you the official and extended version of the third New Moon movie trailer which was premiered at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards yesterday, but now we’re giving you another reason to watch it again (or for the 300th time). Thanks to Summit, we have a full HD quality video of the trailer for you to enjoy! Check it out below:

Let’s face it, it is an amazing trailer, CW has exceeded my expectations. To be honset I have lost count as to how many times I have viewed this trailer. I did see it twice in the theater, it unbelievable on a big screen. I endured that crappy Sorority Row, just once though.
Now just bring it with Eclipse, make Breaking Dawn and I’ll be in Twilight heaven for a long time.
I just have to say also that the actors really gave their all for this and I admire all of them.
i had two friends over watching the VMA’s and when the trailer played i was out of breath from screaming! it was so good nad my friends were like wow she’s weird but i thought there was too much Volturi in this trailer i wanted to see more of La Push and the wolves

I’m am beyond impressed. At this point I kinda wished that CW could have done Eclipse or, at least, co-directed. Oh well, as long as everything evens up, in the end, I don’t care. Woooooo, New Moon.
The trailer looks great, the colouring looks so much better. I cant wait till November. I have one question though, why is Edwards Volvo black in her hallucination?
omg soo this is super duper! i love it and i cant wait to go see it!! I’am like omg! super impressed! its like wow! it is much better the twilight because twilight was missing alot of things that happend in the book and this seem’s to have it all! hopefully the other two Eclipse and Breaking Dawn are good too! L= Team Edward!
some how they were able to summarize the entire book into 3 tailors! i dont know how they did it, but its amazing. i feel like they didnt leave anything out!
now, i loved the first movie..it felt like an indie movie, but this trailer just topped that movie and i can’t wait to see it in november. lets hope David Slade can do even better then chris weitz, and whoever directs BD (if it happens) can even top eclipse.

I was totally amazed last night, but seeing it in high def is INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!!! This movie is going to be FREAKING FANTASTIC! Slade has a daunting task ahead of him to maintain the superior quality of this film with Eclipse. Chris Weitz has done a phenominal job!
I have downloaded it to RealPlayer and I have lost count of how many times I’ve seen it!
It is so FRIGGIN AWESOME!!!!!

Yah… still wondering about the black Volvo… I was hoping in the “Eclipse” set pics that the black volvo wasn’t one of the props… however… now that I see it in the New Moon trailer……. um…. WHY IS IT BLACK?! LOL
Other than that, I LOVED this trailer! So exciting and wow am I impressed! Can’t wait to see it on the big screen… My date is set!
In regards to the car, Twilight Lexicon emailed Summit about it the other day and 17(!!) emails later found out Volvo no longer makes the car Stephenie describes in the book, and apparently the Twilight one wasn’t available either - so they have a new car and “silver” is not an option! It is either “Black Sapphire Metallic” or “Saville Grey Metallic” which both show black on screen. So, no silver Volvo in New Moon or Eclipse
Otherwise, the trailer was incredible! Can’t wait for November - already have my ticket.

I’m so excited about the movie!! I freakin can’t wait!!! But the MTV trailer was a little bit longer! Not by much but just a little bit!!
i think that i forgot to breathe AGAIN!!! and this is like the 50th time i’ve watched it!!! you would think that after the 49th time i’d learn but NOOOOO… thanx erin! that has been bugging me too!!!! well that sucks doesnt it? excuse the pun…lol…
i love this trailer sooo much! November is not coming fast enough! PORCSHE! WOLF PACK! But I am the only person who can see Carlisle in the background in the first Volturi bits? I’m pretty sure it’s him… and when is the part with Alice and Bella in the truck?
New Moon is going to be everything we are hoping for, plus so much more.
I think I remember seeing Taylor and Rob on, I think the, Tyra Banks show and Edward’s Volvo from Twilight was given away to a fan from the audience. There were 3 girls that had to eat some food or pies of some sort and some other silly things and the first one finished won something from Twilight and it was the car. I remember it because Tyra asked Rob to bite her neck, also when the girls were made to eat and do silly things both Rob and Taylor looked kind of appalled and sorry for those girls.
So I’m thinking the silver Volvo was given away as a promotional thing, but you would assume they would have had more than one car. ???
The silver volvo used in the previous movie was actually given to one of the girls who got stomped on at a signing of theirs for Twilight. I saw it on Tyra on youtube. I highly doubt she’d give it up lol. Look both Robert on Taylor on Tyra and you’ll find the footage.
Silver volvo, black volvo, meh… We still got all of new moon and what’s yet to come!!!
I’ve watch it a zillion times already…I favorite part is “go to hell”. Edward does make a statement!
Marianne…you are right about the Twilight Volvo being given away on the Tyra Banks Show. The three girls had to pick up some stuff with their mouths, the one who had the most, won the Volvo. It was a tie so the girls had to choose the correct weight for both Rob & Taylor. The girl who won the Volvo chose the exact weight. She was only 15 yrs old, I believe. Both Taylor and Rob held her hands leading outside to the street (she was blind folded) where Rob gave her the key to her car. Rob got a kick of it, he was laughing (the girl was pretty).
I mean, come on, they couldn’t PAINT the car? This is Hollywood!
I loved the first movie, but this LOOKS sooooo much better: the visual quality is amazing.
A coworker of mine has seen the movie, and he admits - not a fan - it is really good.
OMG I LOVED IT!!! me and my mom are crazy about the twilight saga and wen we first seen it we were speechless so we rerinded and watched it over again and wen it ended i let out the loudest scream i have ever done!! my faveorite part is at the very end were edward is fighting felix that was so awesome!!but my mom she was like why is edward fighting them thats not in the book and then i rerinded it to the part were hes fighting and wondered the same thing but even though they added a part I LOVED THE TRAILER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can’t stop watching it! Are there 2 diffenent ones? Cause the one from MTV had some extra stuff in it! Anyway I am super excited and cant wait until November! The tralier looks soooo good! I love everything right down to the music and how it changes after the cliff dive! I love everything about it but from some reason my favorite part is like the last 10 or so seconds. Edward and Felix going at it and Bella’s facial expressions.
SO EXCITED TO SEE THIS MOVIE - ALSO AM STOKED THAT THEY ARE USING CARTER BURWELL’S SCORE PIECES! CONSISTENCY IN ONE FORM OR ANOTHER REALLY HELPS TIE THE FILMS TOGETHER
My mom makes me go to bed at nine… but i knew the newmoon trailer was comeing on, on the vmas… I made sure she wasnt in the living room and snuck in to see the trailer. Bad news is i screamed half way through the trailer… till the end… woke up baby sis… and lets just say that my mom was LIVID… to say the VERY LEAST.
but yea… ive probably seen 400 times, and yet i still have a serious freak out moment… great.
