NEW MOON: PICK YOUR DREAM CAST WINNERS (PART 1)

I missed the voting, and have not heard of the actress…but the one picked for Jane – that’s EXACTLY how I pictured her in my head (with short hair, of course). It’s near uncanny…perfect!

Great cast, IMO. I had never even considered Viggo or Depp, but now that I think about it, they would make a super Marcus and Aro! *if only, if only*

That’s a great “pretend” cast. Johnny Depp is not going to be Aro. However he would probably be good in the part.

I would rather see Ben Barnes as Aro. Casting Johnny Depp would pretty much kill New Moon’s entire budget. I agree with the actress voted for Jane. She looks exactly as I pictured her. Not so sure on Alec though. As much as I would love to see Jensen Ackles in the movie I really don’t think he makes a great Felix. Maybe Marcus would be a better fit for him. Can’t wait to see who they actually cast!!!

Not bad, but where is the choice for Jason Isaacs? Look at him in Harry Potter. He was also pure evil in The Patriot. His eyes burn a hole right through!

OMG this is great! They’re perfect! I think for Jane, Dakota Fanning would be P E R F E C T for the part, and Hugh Jackman as Aro would be better as Aro than hunky Johnny Depp. Other than that, great job! Sadly, I missed the voting but so far so good. :]

ben barnes is perfect for the role of demetri and he is so cute. but definetly robert paqttinson is way more sexier than him go rob!

I think those chosen for Jane and Alec are too young. Although I will admit she has the perfect look!

love that jodelle ferland won for jane..i personally thought that the other nominees had no chance..just because i saw jane as jodelle no offense to the people that wanted the other actresses to play jane…would soooo want jensen ackles to play felix..PERFECT

I am pretty happy about these choices, but some of them, I would rather not have big actors like Johnny Depp for New Moon. But Jensen Ackles seems like a perfect Felix. He’s so hot!!

So I JUST finished reading New Moon, and I have to be honest, Johnny Depp is a poor nominee for Aro’s character. I am a HUGE Depp fan, but I think I would just be upset to see him play Aro… he’s not at all who I pictured Aro as being.

Love it but…ummm…yeah…I don’t think even our government could afford that line up!

That would be nice if they are the ones that get the parts for sure. Johnny Depp as Aro yum.

Jodelle Ferland is a PERFECT Jane…if only she were blonde.

Some interesting choices. Even though Viggo is my favorite actor of all time I can’t really see him as Marcus :/

At first when I saw johnny depp for Aro, I just thought no no no….but then i thought about him as Willy Wonka and i got intrigued :p

but really out of everybody listed the only one that really screamed YES! was the pick for Jane. Honestly she wud be the perfect choice

as for Freddie Highmore….ive always been slightly concerned about his heath….too damn skinny

although i wud love to see this cast come to life in New Moon….it wud basically suck all funding dry with just the hiring of Viggo and Johnny which consequently wud make the special effects in New Moon even worse than in Twilight….just my thought

for part two i nominate audrey hepburn as alice!!! she would be perfect the perfect alice in my dream cast.

The cast for Jane and Alec would be PERFECT! Most of the others are either to highly known, there fore they wouldn’t fit in budget (Johnny Depp), or two wrong for the part. Ed Westwick & Channing Tatum would make a better Demetri & Felix.

i love depp and all but come on people get with it… the trio are old in years NOT AGE!!! they were changed way way back in time and back then you just did NOT live long enough to be that old before the immortal bite. THINK ABOUT IT… same goes for jane and alec TOO YOUNG you should know the whole immortal child rule. theyre too young as well. on a brighter note… Jensen good choice= he can be intimidating. Ben on the the other hand does not seem like he can be someone that can scare bella so badly. he looks like a harmless kitten. Ed westwick should have had that on lockdown because he’s brilliant when it comes to evil. ugh this is why they have professionals.

It was a while since I read the book so I don’t remember the descriptions of all of the Italian vampires, but the ones you’ve picked for the twins looks way to young. And I don’t know why but I always picture the twins blond, even though I read the descriptions.

As I can see, the womens who voted, or men, I dont care, dont know about acting. I know this is not real, but the only ones I can agree with are Viggo, Freedie, Johnny Depp and Ben Barnes. The rest dont act.
I realy dont care if that guy is gonna be on Inkheart, cause the one famous there is Brendan Fraser, and I dont think that Supernatural dude can act…if I get it, u pic it cause he’s a model, right?

This is definately DREAM casting because well to me they all look so perfect, especially the girl casted as Jane. But let’s be honest, God knows I love me some Johnny Depp but he alone would break the entire movie budget.

Well, i think that oliver james should be one of the werewolves, i think he could deffiantly pull off the role, anyone agree? btw, the ‘dream’ cast is just about perfect maybe no so many big actors though.

I think that freddie highmore would be a good alec but for jane she needs to be an actress that hasn’t been dicovered yet someone who is devoted to acting not being on screen or any of that crap someone who wants to be jane because they are a head on actress that is trying to do her best at making her self act like jane and practically become jane some one who’s in it for the acting and fun and not the fame or the money someone who is acting and wants to do it for life that is 1,000,000,000,………percent in it and does the best they can because they want to bring the character of jane to life to be able to show people jane

i thinck jodelle ferland would be good as jane but she might have to cut her hair shorter and dye it lighter cuz in the book new moon it says she has a her hair cut short and light brown hair and shes in the age range of 13 to 16 same with alec

Johnny Depp is this a comedy? NO! I don’t want no will known actors in this movie they cost to much for one and two they ruin the movie because they want to be in every scene!

I love the choices for Jane and Alec, but there’s a huge problem in casting them… kids grow… quickly. They are supposed to be immortal so if it takes 2 or 3 years to film the final 3 movies (all of which contain Jane and 2/3 with Alec) chances are that they are going to have to recast or they will have to choose older actors that look extremely young/are short.

I love the idea of Paul Bettany as Caius! Even though I love Viggo (YUM) and Johnny (Perfection), I just don’t see them as Marcus and Aro. I think Cillian would do a better “beautiful & bored” Marcus and ever since I read the book, I’ve always pictured an actor by the name of JOEL SWETOW in my mind (see pictures on IMDb). He just looks like the Italian “friendly yet calculating” Aro to me…

Johnny Depp as Aro, is BS. I’m in love with Johnny Depp but it would kill the movie completely if they cast him as Aro. I think Dakota Fanning and Lucas Gabreel should be Jane and Alec rather than the choices you have. Honestly I think your choices are **** for the movie.
