‘NEW MOON’ SET: INDOOR SHOTS AT BELLA’S HOUSE

Lainey Gossip has a note today about which scenes are currently being filmed in Vancouver. After reading the note, the folks at Twilight-Gossip went on an exploring session to see if they really were filming at Bella’s house. Check out the camera where the window would be!

Here is what Lainey said:

Shooting Bella bedroom scenes. He goes through her photos and she cries and mopes some more when there are no photos. Also something about her opening her eyes and there he is beside her waiting for her to wake up. Pattinson is concurrently continuing green screen work with the other vampires. Winding down his stay in Vancouver.

These are cool pictures, it’s neat to see how they are able to get shots of the bedroom without being too intrusive. I have to admit, these are not scenes I look forward to seeing in the movie, I’m afraid I’ll be sobbing.

Wow, cut a hole in the house to do the filming. I’m glad it’s not my house! I’m sure the people who own it were paid plenty. I know this is a sad scene. But, none-the-less I still wish I was there watching it being made — it would be so cool to be on the set!

I don’t mind looking right now. I know I will forget all of these behind-the-scenes shots the minute the film starts. Not to mention my thought processes will be wiped clean when he says goodbye.

Now is probably a good time to buy stock in Kleenex tissues.

OMG! A little off topic, but not really. I clicked on the Lainey Gossip link in this story above, and it went to a short slideshow of Rob and his party. Only about four photos I think. On the third photo, the person taking it messed up and it only shows the lower half of Rob’s face. But, it’s quite close. I have never (don’t ask me why) really focused on his lips before. I won’t make that mistake again. This close-up is worth being on the front of a shirt. Or maybe a billboard. Or maybe on the side of the Goodyear blimp. (sagging in my chair for a moment).

For the people who said “glad I don’t live there”, know one lives there, production built that as an outer shell for Bella’s house. And my ideas on this scene is that I think it’s probably the camera being used as Bella’s perspective from looking through the window, sitting in her chair, depressed about Edward leaving. What do you guys think?

I fully intend on crying the entire way through this movie…..just like I did through almost the entire book. Still…….so excited for it to premiere!

I hope we too get to see the photos she had in the album. Any little shot of Rob will be good. Of course this would probably just add to the flood.

I know I’ll cry when they show her looking through photos & what not. (Probably cry through the most of it. That’s why I have mixed feelings about the movie.) But if they also shot the 1st night they got back from Italy (he’s there waiting for her to wake up) then I’ll love that part. I’m going to be looking forward to that scene. And they had better not cut too much out here from book!

Uh not much too see yet,but once props and Computer graphics are put in place,It will look GREAT! besides from the outside It is a real simple but pretty house. Jacqueline.
