Peter Facinelli stopped by On-Air with Ryan Seacrest this morning to talk about his role as Dr. Cullen in Twilight and New Moon, his new role as Dr. Cooper in the show “Nurse Jackie”, his role as a father, and more:

I love Peter and I think this was a great interview. I have yet to see “Nurse Jackie” but I’ve heard nothing but great things about it and I look forward to seeing it. I have to say though, I thought Ryan was a bit harsh in his words for Rob. Sure Rob should expect media and fan attention, but I think he’s experienced it to a higher degree than a lot of other stars (namely, Ryan).

Peter Facinelli is such a great actor and seems like such a humble, down to earth sort of guy. I don’t get Showtime, but I really want to check out Nurse Jackie. It’s also awesome that nurses are FINALLY getting some well-deserved attention and not just those medical shows that center around doctors and degrade nurses every chance they get *cough House cough*
I agree with what Ryan said regarding the attention Rob’s been getting and how it’s part of the fame game, but did also think it was a bit harsh because we all know, this fan frenzy is still very, very new to Rob. It’s still going to take time to get used to (if he’s able to get used to it at all). And with the way the paparazzi has been hounding him incessantly, it isn’t going to let up anytime soon, especially since we can expect at least another 2 years of madness for the last two films. I myself would be constantly paranoid walking down the street too because those vultures, er, paparazzi, do hide in bushes and behind cars, lurk in doorways and outside your driveway, it’s freaky as hell.
He gives great interviews! He seems like a nice guy who really loves his wife and kids! Great man and actor to support…just wish I had Showtime, so I can watch Nurse Jackie.

for people with direct-tv channel 101 ( not the channel number itself ) i saw some of nurse jackie and wow …it will be good ! gotta get showtime to continue watching .
I saw the first episode of Nurse Jackie the other day and I have to say that his character was very disappointing. Like he said in the interview though, if you’re looking for Dr Cullen, don’t watch it! lol But hopefully he will redeem himself in later episodes.

Peter is amazing with an incredible personality. I keep cracking up when people call him old (34 years old). Gah….
Ryan is always a bit snide in his remarks about Rob, it’s jealousy I think. The first interview I heard with Rob and him, Ryan was flip at times and Rob is so young and reserved and polite I felt bad for him. I guess I feel bad for him whenever people are rude to him, mainly because he has never done anything to them to warrant such treatment.
Peter is such a nice man and did stick up for Rob, but started to waver a little toward the end there. I hope his show Nurse Jackie is successful, I’ll have to catch it on Showtime.
I don’t get Showtime, but I watched the first episode of “Nurse Jackie” online yesterday and I have to say that Peter was great in it. He was so funny! I actually did like the show also. It’s different and has a twisted sense of humor to it. I will definately try to catch more online episodes, especially to see more of Peter!
Hahaahahahaa…. wow. Peter FAcinelli is great on Chelsea Lately. He has such a great sense of humor, and seems like a great guy. I wish him the best of luck in his career, and can’t wait to watch his next projects!
Ryan Seafail is a hack who needs to stop making snarky remarks about Rob because it just shows how green with envy he is.
