PACE ALL-STARS: CHAMPIONS WITH THE HELP OF ‘TWILIGHT’

The Pace All-Stars became the Jazz Worlds 2009 Champions with a little help from Twilight. Check out this incredible dance number done to themes, music and words from Twilight:

I am completely blown away by this dance routine, it is so impressive! Not only do the music (love Muse!) and words go perfectly together, but these dancers are really fantastic. I especially love how they have Edward and Bella dancers highlighted in the middle. The whole team just seemed to really be into the whole routine and theme, I wonder how they decided on it.

What did you think of the Twilight dance routine? Did you like the way the music was edited together?

    Im a dancer but Im not that good… I wish I could do a heel strch spin like they did. The choreagraphywent really well with the words and the dance

    It is really hard to keep in time like the background dancers did. I was blown away by the man who embodied (Edward), but less than impressed by the girl who was Bella. All in all they were very good.

    Yes they did win the senior jazz division at the 2009 dance worlds beating 22 of the best dance teams from around the country! Unfortunately last year was my last year dancing with this team and i am so bummed i couldn’t be in the twilight dance! if only i was a year younger ;) i will be sure to pass along all your praises to the dancers :)

    I loved it! The dancing and and words plus music went so well together! I was unsure about it at first I wasn’t sure if the talking would go well but when it was done I was so impressed I had to watch it again to make sure I saw everything bc the first time I was watching the main dancers and then i tried to watch it more as a whole the second time! I thought it was superb!

    WOW! In the beginning, when the dancers were spinning and ‘Bella and Edward’ were in the front .. they joined in exactly right with the spinning! That was incredible!

    I watched it twice just to make sure I had seen everything!

    They’re awesome!! This may be a little biased…. Because I am am a pace dancer! I of course wasn’t in twilight because I was much too young. Most of the dancers are college students but some were as young as 16. And yes they did take first in FL beating out china and many many many other countries. I am especially proud of my coaches that were on this team!! Good job guys!

    Yes they won…the took Gold at the 2009 cheerleading and dance worlds! i was on Pace my self and always loved there choreo!
