POPSTAR.COM - NEW INTERVIEW WITH SAM BRADLEY
Popstar.com has a new interview with musician Sam Bradley. Don’t know who he is? Well, you should. Bradley co-wrote the song “Never Think”, which is featured in the movie and on the Twilight soundtrack, with Robert Pattinson. Bradley is a childhood friend of Pattinson and Popstar asks him about how the song came about, if he’d write one for New Moon, and more.
Here is an excerpt from the interview:
PopStar: Can you tell us a little about your experience co-writing Never Think with your good friend Robert Pattinson?Sam Bradley: The experience was a flat in London. It was a rather late night and we basically started humming and playing guitar. We ended up recording it and wrote words to the hums the next day, and that was it.
PopStar: You went to both the LA and the London premiere of Twilight. What was that like?
Sam Bradley: I expected craziness in LA and that was what it was. That was the first time I watched the film and it was very exciting. In comparison to the London one I honestly didn’t expect all the pandemonium. There were thousands of people and it was so cool because I got to go with my friends.
PopStar: Have you read Twilight?
Sam Bradley: No, I am going to. I have been pretty busy at the moment. It’s the next read.
PopStar: Okay, so we know that you are partial to this question but we feel compelled to ask. Team Edward or Team Jacob?
Sam Bradley: Edward. Team Edward, no question.
PopStar: Any chance you will write a song for New Moon?
Sam Bradley: I am working on it. That is out of my control. I have written a song with the idea of it being put towards the new movie. I have not played it for Rob yet but I’m sure he will like it.

I really like “Never Think”, so I wouldn’t be opposed to Sam writing another song for New Moon. I think he has a great style that would be very fitting for the story.
What did you think about this interview? And what about “Never Think” - were you a fan, or not so much? How would you feel about Bradley writing a song for New Moon?

i would love it he could write a song for new moon. . .i loved never think! i think it’s cool he’s been friends with rob for a long time
I think thats amazing of Rob to make sure his freind gets the credit. My favorite songs on the cd are Robs songs, theres somthing haunting about their music. I just wish I could understand what the hell Rob was saying….urgh! I really hope Sam gets on the next cd, he has fans already built in!
ome.. he has not tea the books. that’s so sad.

lol I’m rereading them for the 5th time.. I’m mad tho
people won’t take me to see the movie.
but it’s not like I have never. I know all the lines
I’ve seen it 15 going on 16 times.. the movies knows
me on first name basis.
i’m team jasper.
(which is also team edward)
sure, Jacob black can build motercycles but
can he sparkle in the sunlight? I think not..
I looooved Never Think, and I love Let Me Sign even more. Both songs were extremely well placed in the movie, and while this song wasn’t specifically FOR the movie, it completely and totally sounds like Edward and Bella…it’s amazing!
I absolutley LOVE Never think and Let me sign!!! I sweriously have both of them memorized and im not just sayin that. i listen to them on my ipod ALL the time… i can sing the whole thing in tune with each song… lol… but it would be aweasome if he could right another song, i think it would probably be great!
No affence, but I didn’t like Never Think, espesially with Robert Pattinson singing. I think I understood a total of eight words. I couldn’t even tell if he had an accent in the song. It was pretty terrible. Maybe they are good lyrics, but I wouldn’t know, because I didn’t understand any of it. Let Me Sign, on the other hand, is a very good song; a song where I can understand almost all of the words.
ROBERT PATTINSON - You need to stop mumbling in your songs. If you don’t want people to understand you, you shuold look into heavy metal music.
