BUFFY VS. EDWARD (TWILIGHT REMIXED)

We’ve had tons of you send this in and want to share it with your fellow Twilighters, so here it is! Created by Rebellious Pixels, this is a Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Twilight movie mashup: (for those of you devout Team Edward fans, be warned that some damage may be inflicted on Edward in the following video…)

I’ve never been a huge Buffy fan, and obviously I’m a diehard Twilight fan, but I still found this video hilarious. Edward is always Mr. Suave and everyone loves him, so it’s a funny little change to see him get a little whooping – from a girl, no less!

    I am a HUGE Buffy & HUGE Edward fan. It was great to see them exist in the same universe, even if Edward got the worse end of the deal. LMAO!! I kept hearing, “What’s so funny, Mommy?” while I was watching. Best one of these fan videos I’ve ever seen!

    I am and will always be 100% Team Edward, so “of course” I cringed when Buffy staked him, but she is the “Slayer”, you know the chosen one look it up, lol……

    The “Omgod are you 12?” almost made me choke with laughter. On the Twilight DVD commentary, Rob says the exact same thing about that scene, “I look like I’m 12″. I nearly died laughing. The entire thing had me cracking up all the way through. It was brilliantly done.

    I love Buffy and have all 7 seasons on DVD. This video was mildly amusing-loved the OMG what are you 12? LOL!!! But, there’s one thing wrong here-we all know that Buffy (being the slayer who loved 2 HOT vampires) would fall for Edward in a heartbeat! Ha ha! Because, as HOT as Spike and Angel were, Edward is HOTTER!

    Wow! That was hilarious, and the person that cut it did an amazing job with everything. The audio, even the angles that they were looking at made it seem as if they were actually looking at each other. And can I just say that the “Are you 12?” and “Did anyone ever tell you the smelling thing is kinda gross” cracked me up. Just remembering where they actually went in Buffy, and then adding the Twilight answers.

    I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I watched all of the seasons when they were on. And I am a totally Team Edward gal. But, I have to say that was very funny! My first thought was, well, she’s Buffy so she can kick Edward’s cute little bottom. My second thought was, wait…that stake doesn’t stand a chance! Even though the “reality” of vamps in Twilight prevents this from being a possibility, I wouldn’t mind letting Buffy try her hand at some of the Volturi…just in case :)

    Hahaha! That was great! I have to say I am a Twilight fan, but a HUGE Buffy fan/ Whedonist before that, so I was rooting for Buffy. It is sad that she staked Edward though.

    this whole thing just makes edward seem like such a creep
    but its sooo funny! i never was really interested in buffy, but those clips make me want to see more.
    they definitely put a lot of work into it to make it that
    amazing :) hopefully there’s more to come!

    I have always been a Buffy Fan and of course I am a huge Twilight fan. That mash was excellent. I agree with those who say that Buffy would totally fall for Edward though, and couldn’t really stake him. But I left any disbelief behind, it was awesome.

    I have just watched this again, I do love it so…

    Chris: I know some time back you said about the audio commentary on the DVD , there is an on and off???
    I still have not been able get that to work, now I am thinking I either have a defective DVD or I am totally technically challenged. Just like in the Forum, I am Forumlly challenged. Hey is that even a word “Forumlly???”

    Anyway my poor suffering Hubby is home so I will now show him Buffy, yay, means I get to lol again.

    I saw this on Perez last night and nearly died laughing! I’m a huge Buffy fan (and of course a Twilighter) so this is a real treat. Loved how intense he was about everything and she’s just annoyed and sarcastic lol! Epic win!

    OMC! That was amazing lol! I’ve never liked Buffy, but it ws edited realyl well, but I must say I was very disappointed that Edward was anialated by Buffy, no loes but you know, thwir kind can be pt back together, so no doubt his sibling are waiting and maybe Emmett and Jasper can have a human as a treat lol.

    I’ve been ignoring this video for a while since Buffy is so looong ago and can’t see the reason why it has to connect with Twilight (gah, vampire, again gah!)

    But. This. Is. Freaking. Hilarious!!! The editing is pure genius. The connecting dialogues had me in stitches! All thumbs and big toes up! cheers!

    That was freaking awesome! They got really appropriate movie clips, and threw them together so they fit really well. It might’ve been better if they could’ve tinted the Twilight clips into more of a sepia color, it would’ve looked nicer, but overall it was really good. Haha, Edward got killed. :)

    Wow, Rebellious Pixels did a GREAT job on this video. It is sooooo well done! I liked Buffy but I love Edward so I was rooting for him. When I need humour in my life I will return to this video. Johathan McIntosh, great remix! (Actually, in “REAL” or “REEL” (tongue in cheek)LIFE, I think she would have fallen for him! I agree with Twilightfan14.

    Heike: I’m pretty certain that they’d include the commentary on even your Region’s DVD. My brain just went blank. It should be under “settings?” – wait it’s not settings. Oh, Setup! I think and then it’s either (as you said) On or Off. Select ON and then Play and oooh la la la. You’re gonna love it. Shhh, don’t tell anyone but I have watched/listened to the commentary over 50 times. Shhhh it’s our little secret. heh

    Well, I was never really a big Buffy fan. I tried to once .. but never really got into it. This video, however, was hilarious! A little creepy!

    I feel bad for Edward !! It was really amazing editing, though!
