ROBERT PATTINSON AND KRISTEN STEWART ON THE TODAY SHOW

Ooo, I missed the Today Show this morning and I’m so glad you posted this!
This right here confirms my belief that Kristen Stewart is not a bad person!
When they went outside and got their first question, was that Robert being a gentleman to let Kristen speak first or do you think he has finally gotten sick of screaming girls and stupid questions?!

I SO DO NOT LIKE HER!!!!!

OMG she is such a bitch to him. WHY the Censored does he have a crush on her????? Her comments are so freaking demeaning!!!! She refers to him as being small and unfinished and that is how she picked him for the part? She said was scared when he came in. Maybe they have some private in joke but her comments were terrible!!!!!

I thought the interview was very good, except that the fans they interviewed had some pretty stupid answers. I’m sorry, but I don’t like Edward Cullen because it’s “wrong.” I think he’s great because he’s well-read, listens to good music, has good taste, is traditional and gentlemanly, and isn’t focused on getting into every girl’s pants like most guys; and above all, if he could die, he would die for Bella. Anyway, just thought I’d throw that out there.

Sunshine31, I think what Kristen was trying to say is that Edward’s perfection is a perception on Bella’s part. Edward isn’t actually perfect, but only through Bella’s eyes. He is a tortured soul and somehow she saw that in Rob in his audition because of the fear he showed. I don’t think she was trying to demean him…but that’s just my opinion. I’m not her, so I really don’t know.

I really liked this interview. I was surprised as I thought it would be a 2 second piece with them on the couch but this was longer.

I don’t think Kristen meant to insult Rob – I think this may have been taken the wrong way. She was trying to say that Rob gave her the impression that he could play the Edward “inside” – who is not like the facade that Edward gives off.

I loved how Rob was nervous about going outside to see the fans! I did not like that when asked by Rob “Why” she was in love with Edward Cullen – the fan could not answer that. I wish I had been there to properly answer that question!!

I think Leann was right in explaining what Kristen said in the interview. Edward isn’t the perfect, but he is in Bella’s eyes. Rob showed a tortured soul in the interview and Kristen saw that. There is so much similarity between Edward and Rob. Rob said he isn’t a gentlemen, but I’ve seen that he is in the public eye. I guess Edward being born in London and Rob too have that in common. However, Rob still has this thing for Kristen even though she has a boyfriend. Perhaps in a few more years, things could change. Kristen is only 18 and Rob 22. A lot could happen between them in years to come. I think they have mutual respect for each other, but sometimes feelings tend to build when you have a working relationship. So, anything can happen.

oh I know!!!! What a stupid fan! seriously she makes Twilight fans seem like idiots. I know that I love Edward cause even though he is portrayed as perfect in every aspect he is flawed. He has his weaknesses and is not scared for them to show through. And he would do anything for the ones he loved. And an added bonus is the intellect and interaction. He TALKS to Bella. He expresses his feelings without giving the “yeah I’m macho, feel my bisops” facade. It’s not all about the looks people. Well this comment is mostly directed to the little girls. I know I started getting into the series last year. And it wasn’t because of some fictional guy.(well partly)It was because the story portrayed something forbidden and who doesn’t like some danger??? I’m nineteen now, an adult with a guilty pleasure haha =D

I love the books the movie is just a bonus and they picked a perfect cast but its all about Stephenie Meyers great mind!!

Saw it and I thought they both did OK and they always look great.
I kinda agree with Shae that they looked like they wanted to run and hide under a rock. I think they’re just tired and get tired of the same questions over and over. And Kristen didn’t mean to insult Rob-she’s said before he was the only one who looked her in the eye and played Edward as a tortured soul. That’s why Robert got the part-because she liked him and they had chemistry. I was really PO’d with those fans-the one who said they loved Edward because it’s wrong???? Wow, how stupid. Wish there had been a smart fan there to answer that one.

U all are a bunch of freaks… this movie blows, the acting is horrendous, and the fact you all support this tribble says oodles about you. For the record Kristen Stewart came off as a snooty rag on the Today show… put her back under the acting rock she crawled out from under.

I was so turned off by these people on the Today Show. Kristen Stewart reminded me of girls in High School who have a crush on a guy, and become really possesive and mean if they feel the guy is giving attention to anyone else. It serioulsy looked like she was in love with him and didn’t want any of the fans near him. She also acted like the whole thing was beneath her to be there.

I serioulsly don’t know why anyone would want to patron this movie after their rudeness on the Today Show.

Yes, they both seemed burned out but Kristen seemed downright bitchy while Rob seemed to be intrigued by the fans.

It is sickening how quick the public is to judge…everyone in the movie worked hard to please twilight fans and most people are so ungrateful that we even got a glimpse of the wonderful book coming to life. Give Kristen and Rob a break, you’d get sick of the thousands of identical questions if you were in their shoes.

Kristen looks freaked out by fans.. you can totally see that.. try to remember she is only 18 yrs old..
Rob on the other hand is a bit older and is a MAN .. so having woman basically throwing there bodies at him prob. makes him feel like a GOD … Kristen looks freaked out.. i dont blame her…

i think the twilight movies was absolutely amazing the characters definately played there roles well. They really draw the audience in with the attraction that bella and edward have towards eachother. but after watching this interview and reading others i hate knowing that robert seems to be getting played like a fool well kristen your such and idiot for not liking him back. it truely will be hard to watch you in the next movie knowing at how rude and disrespectful you are. i mean you have such a handsome sweet charming man that likes you for what reason i dont know but he does and your embrassing him to the public. but that is ok your pretty much embrassing yourself as well because that whole Atention defecit disorder you got going on is totally showing with the whole constant rocking and scratching at the neck i mean dang you can not even cast a smile. you just seem to not appreciate how lucky you are. it is sad i have never seen an up coming actress look and be so bitchy. wow that will never leave you. as for edward keep up the great work, you are gorgeous talented and charming i can not wait to see you in other movies with better co-stars

I love twilight i read the bookis over and over again. I think all the characters play perfect roles! well nearly everyone, kristen is i feel very slow in her acting i just think they could get someone who could act better, but kristen goes perfect with Robert so it's not too bad. Robert looks stunning in the movies but in real life he looks a mess. I totally love Taylor Lautner he is so gorgeous!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I also have fallen in love with Emmet toooooo!!!!!!!!! carlilse also is very good-looking! I love twilight soooooooo much i cannot describe it!!!! I just wish there is a edward cullen out there waiting for me!!!!!
