ROBERT PATTINSON’S JAPAN VARIETY INTERVIEW

Here are the questions that were asked, translated by pa2penn.
1. What would you do, if you were to experience a forbidden love just as Edward does? (this is loosely translated)2. Which scene do you like best?
3. It is astonishing, how easily you climbed that high tree, which is actually kinda difficult for human beings (not a question, but a statement)
4. Was there a certain pressure to portray such a perfect prince (oh yeah, they used the word for “prince”, “ouji”)?
5. Edward, who is in love with Bella, is abstemious… (”what about you?”)
6. Do you sometimes use sweet-talk in real life?
I’m not entirely sure when this interview was done, but it looks like it is from the recent ‘Twilight’ premiere in Japan. They ask some almost embarassing questions which Rob handled so well. I don’t think I could answer those types of things without turning five shades of red. So no big surprise, Rob looks as sweet and charming as always! I never tire of new Rob interviews.

I do hope he does pursue his “forbidden love” soon before it’s too late and he’ll regret it for the rest of his life. Rob, (if you’re reading this) GO FOR IT! She’ll realize sooner or later that’s it’s always been you….you’re meant to be together.
I love love and in love with rob pattison. and I lvoe edward. rob is so sweet, charnming, down to earth, hasa great smile tlatned and oh yeah makes a great Edwar.d I don’t he should get drunk or smoke though. I lvoe the rest of actors as well.
On question #5 another site used the interpretation “Do you use self-control like Edward does with Bella?” Something like that. Not sure if most people would understand what “abstemious” means.
I was impressed with his relaxed nature. He seemed a bit nervous, but not as much as before. I didn’t think the questions were as intrusive as some I’ve heard.
He is altogether very charming. As much as a ‘human’ can be, I think he is a perfect choice for Edward. I know he seems to have doubts in that area, but we don’t!! HA!! Rob, you have us convinced!! And I don’t believe it is all acting. There has to be a core connection with Edward the character.
Okay… that bashful “sometimes” he gave about sweet-talking… HOW PRECIOUS WAS THAT?!?!?!
He’s so great! Can’t wait to see him in New Moon… hope he’s a bit better in it though… He had some awkward spots in Twilight, but with Wietz at the helm, I’m hoping that won’t be the case again.
I though in question 5 that they were asking if he was being abstinent?

I would love to hang out with him he seems so sweet and down to earth! There would never be a dull moment thats for sure!!
Well, he has to sweet talk somtmes, because he proposes to a ton of girls. LOL! My favorite interview with Rob is where he’s discussing his marraige proposal to Kristen, and he gets a text during the interview from some random girl asking if the wedding in still on. He says he doesnt even remember asking these girls. Such a flirt! It was hillarious!
