MOAR Edward wrote us about Ryan Seacrest reading and mentioning Twilight on his radio show. Here is what she has to say about hearing it:
So I guess Ryan Seacrest is getting in on the action and reading portions of Twilight on his radio series. Now, this audio is mainly about Miley Cyrus, but before she comes on, Ryan gets a fan reaction to his 1st Twilight reading. It’s actually pretty funny because it’s a guy who calls in!Ryan also asks Miley whether she thinks Rob or that model guy she’s rumored to be dating is hotter. Miley’s never read Twilight *GASP* :-X and Ryan even offers to GIVE HER HIS COPY. Wth????? I’d NEVER GIVE my copy away! It’s the blackest form of blasphemy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Speaking of Miley Cyrus (BTW not a fan), X-17 has this to say about what she was asked on Seacrest:
“Who do you think is better looking, Robert Pattinson [from Twilight] or Justin the underwear model?” he asks the 15-year-old.“Who’s Robert? I dunno who that is,” she answers. “So I’ll hafta say Justin.”

Even X-17 online is surprised. Has Miley been living under a rock? Is the movie doomed because she has no idea who Robert is? Or do most young people her age know he’s from Twilight? I’m surprised, though I’m not sure why, but I hadn’t pegged Miley for being a super intelligent young woman.

I think Miley is a bit full of herself. I get that vibe. Sorry, I really bear no ill will toward her or her career, I actually think she’s a much better actress then a singer….she’s kind of terrible. But, what do I know, Im too old to listen to her anyway.

Sorry to all those Miley fans out there but she sounded a taddd cocky/full of herself. I don’t know, I just don’t like her and umm.. EXCUSE ME! but how has she NOT heard of Robert Pattinson… he’s more famous than her! (to me at least I know a lot of people would care to disagree but thats just my opinion) Uch… *shakes head in disappointment* silly, naive Miley.
Who’s Miley? She has been living under a rock so she doesn’t know who Rob is. Twilight will be a huge success…it count down time…28 days & counting.
wow what is wrong with miley!! now if the press wants to talk about someone being snob then there your person righ there (and im not just saying this because she didnt know who Robert was…even though that was a total shock)!! i dont know, i just really cant stand that girl…i think the whole FAMOUS THING has gotten too far into her little head!! she needs to be taken some lessons from the entire TWILIGHT CAST!! they are all just down to earth, REAL people who you could actually relate to!! so i give them all kudos for that!! :0) many thanks to the entire cast of twilight for stepping away from the typical hollywood sterotypes!! you all ROCK!!! ARGH. She’s the most annoying girl in the world. She’s so iritating! How could she not know who Rob is if she *supposedly* has a friend of hers being in the movie? Wow. I see she really pays attention to her friends. Even the people on her crap show know about the books and movie. She’s def living under a rock. I don’t think the movie is doomed just b/c little miss Miley doesn’t know who Rob is. I just hope, like Allison, that she doesn’t come to the premiere and promote her stuff and pretend to have a clue.
I know it sounds harsh, but she really irks me. Especially when she acts all snobby like “I don’t know who that is. It’s okay though, b/c I’m more important than who ever Robert is…” That’s what I got out of the tone of her voice, anyway. BAH.

OME i apologize to any Miley Cyrus/Hannah Montana fans… but I HATE HER!!!!!! (that can not be emphasized enough) UGH!! and as if I didn’t hate her enough, this interview made me hate her like 50 times more (at least)! and ppl call Rob a snob! (haha that rhymed) anyway, he’s like the most down-to-earth guy, being called a snob, and then you’ve got Miley, who sounds like THE absolute most stuck-up B**** in this interview… I mean REALLY! “Oh, my friend plays in it so I’m pretty excited… Who’s Robert Pattinson?” so her “friend” (yeah right) plays in the movie, but she doesn’t know who Rob is? tell me if that makes any kind of sense! ugh. SO disgusting. And although she MUST be living under a rock to not know who Rob is, that’s not really what makes me mad (although, I have to admit, it does make me a little mad, but not much). It’s basically just her whole tone throughout the interview… like, “Twilight? oh, I’ve heard a little bit about it, but there’s no way it’s anything CLOSE to as famous as I am, so why should I care? I HAVE the book, but it’s totally NOT worth my time to read, etc….” As if she even CAN read or understand a book w/more than a hundred pages (scoff). And btw, if it could, Twilight just went up like 10 notches in my head b/c Miley ISNT a fan (as did Rob, 4 her not knowing who he was)…. however, that’s impossible, so it didn’t really (neither did Rob, since that was equally impossible), but I’m sure there’s some ppl who feel like I do and the book/movie/Robert Pattinson really DID just gain some credibility from Miley not being a fan…
oh, just had to add, that I agree 100% with everything that Caitlin Sarah, Ana, S, ashley, Annie, Midori, allison`s not exactly a miley fan, and Laura wrote. I’m SO glad that our Twilight cast is so down-to-earth and humble and nice- unlike Miley! Twilight (and ANY member of the Twilight cast, take your pick) TOTALLY kicks Miley’s/Hannah Montana’s a**! (Really, it’s not even a competition.)

just because miley doesn’t know who robert is does not make her any less intelligent than she is. neither does it means she’s full of herself, but her chaotic celebrity life is very different from those like you and i. and, no, i am no fan of hers either.
When I first found this clip, I was really confused because it indicated it was MILEY-related…not Twilight-related. However, I’m glad I gave it a shot because that male Twilight fan was HILARIOUS. And.then.came.Miley. OMG!!! (For Miley fans, pls excuse this rant I’m about to fire off). First off, this sound clip is NOT in its entirety. It does include the relevant Twilight portions, but in the beginning, Miley WHINES like a brat to Ryan that all she heard from Ryan’s AMA Music Awards promo spot was Rhianna’s song/voice of “Disturbia”. She was basically boo-hooing that she didn’t get any coverage/love. *GEE MILEY, SELF-CENTERED AND JEALOUS, MUCH?!?* But, in any case, re: Twilight, Miley basically dismissed it as something she can’t be bothered with. Miley admits she actually has the book, but can’t get herself into it…um, could it be because she can’t do anything that’s outside of her world of shopping, “acting”, “singing”, hanging out w/her 20 yo alleged boyfriend, doing her wannabe model pouty poses on the red carpet/myspace, etc? I mean, that’s the impression she totally gives off! Because hello, your FRIEND is in it…why not support your friend and be informed about the project your friend is in? Oh wait, yeah, again, that falls outside your realm of “It’s all about me.” Oh, and it takes the cake when she says, “Who’s Robert whatever? Oh, I don’t even know who that guy is…” Wow, just wow… Yeah, you really are clueless, Miley!!!

Okay. I agree with everyone, Miley sounds conceited and stuck up/stuck on herself. I’ve never liked her, and this made me dislike her even more. And I will say, I’m sorta glad she couldn’t get into Twilight, she doesn’t deserve to read it. (that made no sense but you get my point) But who knows.

Who cares if Miley`s read Twilight or not. Point is, when the movie comes out, the Twilight stars, especially Rob, will be waaaaaaaay bigger stars than Miley`s boyfriend will ever be. Scratch that. waaaaaaaaaay bigger stars than MILEY will ever be! After the movie comes out, she`ll totally regret not reading the book and not knowing who Rob is
