SIZZLING POPCORN AWARDS: TWILIGHT WINS 4 OF 4

We previously posted polls for SizzlingPopcorn.com’s Movie Awards, and Twilighters definitely made themselves heard! ‘Twilight’ was nominated in 4 categories, and took home the top spot in each poll – tying with ‘The Dark Knight’ for the most awards won.

 

Below is a list of the categories that ‘Twilight’ was nominated, and won in:

* Sizzling Hot Actor of the Year – Robert Pattinson – Twilight – 86.56% (of votes)
* Sizzling Hot Actress of the Year – Kristen Stewart – Twilight – 73.11%
* Blockbuster of the Year – Twilight – 84.37%
* Teen Movie of the Year (voted by teens only) – Twilight – 97.53%

Of course, I’m not surprised that ‘Twilight’ won each of it’s 4 categories, but I’m surprised at how hugely they won! The percentages for each category was insane – in a good way of course!

    The only thing that surprises me, is that Kristen’s numbers are so much lower than everything/one else.

    Could this be JUST BECAUSE of jealousy, because “she gets Edward” or what?!

    I’m not really surprised by the numbers. Twilight fans are die-hard, committed fans that support their cast, author and director no matter what is thrown at them. They are people who appreciate a good story! And who can help but being swept up in the excitement? Of course we were out in force to vote!!

    ARE YOU KIDDING?! IN WHAT STRAIGHT WORLD WOULD TWILIGHT BE A BIGGER BLOCK BUSTER THAN THE DARK KNIGHT?! I don’t know if you’ve heard, but it was the second biggest movie of all time. Could you please explain to me how a 160 million dollars-eaned movie is bigger than a 500 million dollars-earned movie? Does that make sense to you? I think the only logical answer here is that the 84.37 percent of you that voted for Twilight are either complete morons or apes pushing buttons. And I really hope that the other 15.63 percent of you are smart enough to see that the Dark Knight was far, far bigger. It’s not opinion — it’s fact.
