STEPHENIE MEYER.COM UPDATE: MTV AWARDS
Stephenie Meyer has updated her official website this morning to include a big ‘thank you’ to everyone who took the time to show their Twilight love and vote for the film at the 2009 MTV Movie Awards last night. She also reacts to the New Moon sneak preview we got to see last night. Read her message below:
Thank you, everybody who voted at the MTV Movie Awards! It was awesome to see Twilight get so much love. Congratulations to Catherine and Rob and Kristen and all of the cast and everyone at Summit and everybody on the crew! You all did an amazing job and you deserve your popcorn!Twilight fans are the best!

StephP.S. You got to see a little taste of New Moon tonight, but I promise you this: when it comes to New Moon, you haven’t seen anything yet! Can November please come faster?
I’m really glad to see Stephenie react to the many awards Twilight took home last night. Obviously, the movie would never exist without her so I think she needs to take a fair amount of credit for it. I wish we could have seen her at the awards last night, but maybe she’ll go next year!
What do you think of Stephenie’s ‘thank you’ message? Are you put at ease (or more excited) for November now that she said “we haven’t seen anything yet”?

Dear Ms Meyer,
I understand you were writing a new book that started off with Edward.Then I believe someone spoke up and told something they shouldnt I wish you would write more of the series. There is so much more. Edward, Jacob, The baby with Jacob. I have been on pins and needles waiting for it to come out. Please write my family is hooked on the series and you probably have guessed I am too. Please, Its like a movie it ends with nothing everything is just hanging. I appreciate your writing ability its really awsome. Thanks so much. My life hasnt been the best but I have always loved books and they take me away from everyday life just for a little while.
