SUMMIT ENTERTAINMENT: ‘BREAKING DAWN’ CASTING INFORMATION FALSE

Summit Entertainment has put out a statement to let everyone know that all of the recent casting information and news surrounding Breaking Dawn is completely false. Acting-auditions.com (formerly acting411.blogspot.com) does not have accurate information concerning any of the Twilight Saga movies. Please be assured if we hear of any official information concerning the announcement of Breaking Dawn or any open casting, we will let you know right away.

We also have from The Casting Scoop, the following statement:

There is no need to inundate our mailboxes with materials (or goodness forbid, swamp our phone lines or email inboxes). Our small staff and limited resources make it impossible for us to consider ANY submissions or inquiries at this time. Please save your money and spare us from the onslaught!

I’m glad that’s cleared up. I know there was a lot of confusion over the weekend when many places started posting that Breaking Dawn was suddenly official. Like we always say, it’s not until Summit actually confirms it… after all, they produce the Twilight Saga movies!

    hi i have been acting since i was 7 and i am now 11 i am on the only accurate site thats conited to summit and i think i might be good for Maggie she is in the IRISH coven I’ve learned all her lines in the book
    i am also fully Irish though that doesn’t matter i have brown hair to my
    shoulders i would not mined cutting it to fit a wig or dieing it

    hi iv read al the twilight books, i havnt act before but i would love to be kate in the denali coven……….i have black hair to my shoulders and brown eyes. i wouldnt mind having to change anything to get her part because i love twilight

    Well what i have read im not a 13 year olg girl from england or germany im a small town girl from shreveport,louisana… I have blonde hair and blue eyes i dont know if i would be right for this part but im always looking for a chance. I have read the books and I like everyone else is in love with it.. I would really like to try to put on the vampire role i think it would be really a life changing experience for me… to get out of louisana and take on the acting world lol still i might not fit this profile for kate Denali, maybe someone differnt like the american nomands such as mary…or the irish coven maggie either way it would be great i still have hope.. so here it is just small town girl wanting to make it big fingers always crossed!!! :)

I would love to be an extra in breaking dawn.I plan on going to vancoverbc.While they are filming.     I hope to hear about auditions also. I wanted to see about my baby girl “Renesmee” to try for Renesmee. She has golden brown eyes (literly), brown hair, fair skin, almost like how Bella discibes but also if you think about it when Jacob first sees her she’s a baby so I am hoping to get information on when auditions will be held.

I love to acting, cause its so much fun with all the people. I read the books and watched the movies and everytime I feel so happy when I see Trailers or pictures.     I do not have a ton of acting experience and that is because i am a inor but i a do acting classes in a local arts project. I am also part of a band and i play the local gig circuit so i a have experience in front of an audience. I would love to have an opportunity to audition for the casting of the 4th sequel of twilight. I have long dirty fur blond hair and sharp blue eyes. I have noticed that a vampire expresses alot of their emotion through their eyes so that is to my best advantage because my eyes are probably the best feature of my face, as i have been told. I don't have alot of modeling experience either but i have had to model a-level and gcse final pieces in front of the whole student body and well i have had to practise my posture. I go to a grammar school in ireland. I would love an opportunity to cast as one of the many vampires from the different cultures and covens. Thank you.     Me loving the Twilight Saga is an understatement and I would love to be in the movies myself, it actually my goal in life… to act… but my only problem is that I'm from Australia, so… getting there will be a bit pricy and it's money my family and I don't have at present moment… and we probably never will. I know that I would love to hear when the auditioning begins because I would really at least TRY. Message for Summit Entertainment: you're doing a perfect job with the Twilight Saga! Keep it up

      oh yeah, forgot to add… just encase there is an audition call, my name is Rebekah i'm 15 turning 16 later this year, i was born and raised in Australia, i've been studying drama and acting since 2007, i've been in a junior on stage version of High School Musical and I'm currently in a juniors version of Into The Woods. both in Australia. I have brown hair and brown eyes and would really like to attempt to play a vampire. Maggie from the Irish coven would be prefered but I don't really mind… I very quickly pick up accents, so I can easily pick up an irish accent for the part of Maggie.

    I would love to get the information when available for the casting for Breaking Dawn. I have a daughter that I swear reminds me so so much of Reneesme. She is a very big baby, so advanced, beautiful and so happy just like her. She is almost 4 months. She would be perfect for this. I am really not only saying it because its my daughter, I swear! I think it would be great to maybe use her for when Reneesme is first born. (unless they already have someone to play that part) Her name is Isabella too :) . I really hope this website is updated so as soon as the casting calls come up maybe I can get her to one.

    People, Renesmee does not get older in the saga.She is described as a toddler, there is no “older Renesmee”.I am sorry, but there's just no other version of Renesmee besides the toddler one.Please quit with the “I could be the older Renesmee,” stuff.In fanfiction stories, of course she can grow up, of course she can be a teenager.But as for the movies Breaking Dawn…no.

      I think the makers of the MOVIE ‘breaking dawn’ could make a refference to an adult Renesmee at the end of the movie, but it’ll be a very small part. :-)
      And people, sorry to have to say this, but I don’t think anyone will be chosen based on a little text on this page …

    I am Indian,(yes yes I know no indian covens in breaking dawn) , light skinned, has dark brown eyes, and some one you could call a twihard. I know there are no indians in the twilight series but I could possible play one of the egyptians. Being an actress is my dream. I have acted ever since I was 3, and I have wanted to act in a movie for all my life. I would love to take part in it, even if it is an extra.     I'm really sorry to say this – and I'll try to make this less rude, but there aren't really a lot of chances that all of you people who are from, like, seven months old to sixteen or eighty are all going to appear in Breaking Dawn! I'm not trying to be a negative person! I'm just reminding all the people who are “casting” by sending pleads online on a comment section the HUGE CHANCE! Just remember if you happen to go see Breaking Dawn and realize you aren't Kate, or Carmen, or Renesmee, its because Summit entertainment chose other people who are either professionals or are pretty good people who were alredy appearing in minor movies. Well, I hope you feel better, whether or not you go on the last Twilight saga movie. Till then, I guess you should keep your hopes up!

    Has anyone actually found out if and where they are doing Breaking Dawn casting? I'm sure nobody of true casting importance is going to see this, but I have acting (stage only) experience, but would love to broaden my horizons. Being a part of the Twilight Saga is my dream, I believe that I would fit the part of Kate, to a 'T', I am already fair skinned and have long pin straight blonde hair. She is also my favorite character. I just hope that they have some casting calls near my hometown.
