SUMMIT ENTERTAINMENT: DETAILS ON THE PANELS AT COMIC-CON 2009
Summit Entertainment has just released a more detailed look at their panel for this year’s Comic-Con. They are also bring exciting news about a special Comic-Con screening of Twilight.
On Thursday, July 23rd, Summit Entertainment will be showing the panel audience a one-of-a-kind look at three of their upcoming films. Each film will have cast and filmmaker panels and exclusive footage will be shown. Sneak peeks include the movies, Astro Boy, Sorority Row and The Twilight Saga: New Moon.
The panel presentations will take place at the San Diego Convention center. Astro Boy will feature from 10:45 to 11:15 am in Room 6BCF. The stars of Astro Boy, Freddie Highmore (Astro Boy) and Kristen Bell (Cora) will join director David Bowers and producer Maryann Garger in presenting special footage and answering questions.
From 1:45 to 2:45 in Hall H, The Twilight Saga: New Moon will take place. Prior to the start of the New Moon panel, the cast of Sorority Row will debut footage. Then, The Twilight Saga: New Moon will take take center stage. This panel will feature never-before-seen footage from the film and a question-and-answer session featuring surprise members of the cast.
In more Twilight news, Summit Entertainment is proud to present “The Twilight Experience”. This is a one-night-only special event when they re-release the movie Twilight, which will feature a special introduction by cast members. The Twilight screening tickets are $10 and can only be purchased at Fandango, here. There will be multiple, staggered showings of Twilight at the Pacific Gaslamp 15. Doors will open at 5:30 pm and fans with tickets will be admitted on a first-come, fist-seated basis. The Pacific Gaslamp 15 is at 701 5th Ave, which is just blocks from the Convention Center. There is a two ticket per person limit.
Make sure to stop by the Summit Entertainment booth in the Grand Hall. They will have promotional giveaways, exclusive prizes, an exclusive Twilight Saga: New Moon photo booth and fans can collect special trading cards for the film.
