TDINK: INTERVIEWS AND PHOTO SHOOTS WITH CHRISTIAN SERRATOS AND BILLY BURKE
Tdink.com has some awesome interviews and pictures with Christian Serratos (Angela) and Billy Burke (Charlie). Tdink talks to each of them about their inspiration, how they got into acting, and of course a bit about ‘Twilight’.
Below is an excerpt from Christian’s interview:

Tell me about your role on Twilight:I play Angela Weber and she goes to Forbes High and Bella Swan transfers to the school in Washington. I’m a human and I help her deal with a new environment, new school, new friends. I befriend her.
How did you prepare for the role?
Reading the books was a big help because it was really nice and convenient to be in a movie that is a book. I read the first book and was madly in love with it. By the time I found out I was going to be going to Portland to film, I was so excited. I had finished all 4 of the books.
What are some of your upcoming projects?
Right now, I’ve just been relaxing. There’s been a lot of moving going on. I was living in Minden, Nevada (in Reno). I’ve been doing a lot of writing music, screenplays—trying to keep busy, while still relaxing.

And below is an excerpt from Billy’s interview:

Do you feel like you relate to your character in Twilight?Sure, a little bit. I feel like you have to be able to find a thing or two in any character you play that you can identify with, even if those things are not necessarily admirable. The self-imposed distance Charlie keeps between himself and others, most unfortunately between he and his daughter, is an idiosyncrasy I had to cop to. It is what spoke to me most immediately as I was reading the script. I’m hoping my own newborn daughter will help me get past and grow out of that.
What are some of your favorite restaurants?
Del Taco, Sushi Ike, Amalfi on La Brea, Lucy’s El Adobe, and McDonalds for breakfast.
Who are some of your favorite clothing designers? Tell us about your sense of style:
I have a uniform. T-shirt and jeans. Various brands of each. My sense of style is an unfortunate denigration of living through the late 80′s and what I remember of the 90′s. I seem to have accumulated a lot of CHROME HEARTS stuff over the years and HUGO BOSS did send me a kick-butt suit for the “Twilight” premiere.
Every once in awhile I’ll make an effort to put a look together. Most the time it’s influenced by my rock n’ roll dreams of yesteryear.

The interviews were really great, but I absolutely loved the photo shoots. The pictures were so great and they both looked amazing.
What did you think of these interviews? Were you surprised at all by any of the things either actor said? And what about the photo shoots – yay or nay?
