TOP TEN TUESDAYS – REASONS TO SEE THE MOVIE MORE THAN ONCE

Sad that there are no more Twilight Tuesdays? Have no fear! We’ve got Top Ten Tuesdays to keep your Twilight fix in check.

Now I know most of you have seen the movie at least once, but why should you see it more than once? We’ve got the answers…

So for this week’s Top Ten Tuesday, we bring you,
The Top 10 Reasons to See the Twilight Movie More Than Once:

10. So you can fool yourself into thinking you’re only doing it for Summit. (Yeah, right.)

9. You have an excuse to buy more Twilight tees so you can wear a different one to each showing you go to.

8. Because whether you loved the movie or hated it, you know you have to see it at least twice to be totally fair.

7. So you can point out each and every goof that IMDB and MovieMistakes.com has listed.

6. Because Charlie is a heck of a lot funnier in the movie than in the book.

5. So you can imagine it’s you with Edward in the meadow scene (again).

4. So you can get your fill of Jamesâ€™ bare chest now since he won’t be back.

3. Because no matter how many times you see it, you still reach for the Twizzlers every time James asks “You brought a snack?”

2. 5 words: Jasper and the baseball bat.

1. The kissing scene. Enough said.

Jasper and the baseball bat has to be my number one reason to! Because Charlie is funny, is a very close second though, he was absolutley fantastic!

OMG …. That list is so accurate its unbelievable. My first is the baseball scene and Jasper makes it! I also love when Carlisle says to Rosalie “Nice Kitty”!

Katelyn is so right too…. the gun and Charlie is an absolute riot. My dad would do the same.

The kissing scene is way hot too! I also totally went back and looked for the mistakes. I also looked for the special effects that are listed in the illustrated movie guide.
I made sure too see the movie a ton because I wanted to make sure I did my part to get the sequel, who has to have Catherine direct other wise it will just change the dynamic and be wrong!

We should all go see the movie again on Dec 12, as the Twilight Moms suggested. Maybe we can make it #1 again! I first thought Twilight could never make 150 million but I know now that it can, and it will!

1.to laugh hysterically everytime Mike and Eric come on screen with a corny but funny line and to watch their feeble attempts to get Bella’s attention!!
Mike and Eric were my favorite (human) characters out of the entire movie, they were a lot funnier in the movie than in the book!
and i know i will be going back to the movie with a list of goofs from moviemistakes.com and trying to find them!!! yeah i know i’m weird!!

I have seen it three times, and my top two reasons are. . . .

2) Baseball game

1) Jasper and the baseball bat.

I love this list! Jasper is a big reason why I’ve seen it 3 times already. He floors me! I think my top 10 reason is the fact that I just can’t get enough of mind-numbingly beautiful vampire boys and their impossible cheekbones!! Knocks me breathless every time!

As was Alice in the ballet studio. I’d see the movie again and again just see her snap James’ neck.

You just have to see it at least twice, because we were so wrapped up in the outcome during the first one, I think we forgot to breathe.
The second time is like welcoming a friend with open arms for all the reasons listed above.
The first time I watched…the second time, I savored.

I have seen it 4 times. My family has a total of 20 ticket stubs now.
For us guys, I’m gonna have to say I wanna see Rosalie break the bowl and hear Alice say ‘Oh, you’re right, she does smell good’

10. To watch Edward and Bella park the jeep really close to home plate and then their short walk to join the rest of the Cullens to play baseball takes them by a waterfall. It must be a magical waterfall because it’s not in the wide shot.

9. To watch Edward play piano and wish Bella was a little more impressed. If it were me, I’d have a smile as wide as the Mississippi on my face!

8. To watch Alice rip James’ head off…you go girl!

7. To watch Edward smile when Bella asks him if they can just hang out.

6. Yeah, Jasper and the baseball bat is definitely a favorite.

5. To hear the longing in Charlie’s voice when Bella is leaving and he says “I just got you back.” Love every scene with Charlie.

4. To hear Rob sing “Let Me Sign.”

3. Definitely to see Bella and Edward in her room after THE KISS and she rolls over against him and puts her right arm on the lower part of his stomach. Hmmmm maybe this should be #1.

2. To watch Edward and Bella dance in the gazebo and wish I could meet a guy who would hold my face and kiss me with the same love and intensity. That whole scene really does it for me and will probably ruin my dating life forever.

1. To watch THE KISS in Bella’s room. When they kiss, briefly break away, and then kiss again – it makes a little sound and I just melt into a gooey mess. Then when he grabs her and throws her back and kisses her some more…oh man!

I’ve seen the movie more times than I want to admit.

I totally agree!! That trick Jasper did with the bat was awesome!!! when I get the DVD im going to rewind it and watch that 47 times. Another good reason to go that wasn’t on the list was laughing at Mike shaking his bootie in front of the diner. Princeless.

Oh, and yeah I have seen it more than once…five times to be precise. =D

haha… Charlie and the gun!! (that killed; laughed my head off!!) And James saying “you brought a snack” (Step away from the buttered popcorn, buddy!!! And leave those cookie dough pieces ALONE!!!) Bar chest really grabbed me!!! You forgot my favorite parts: Mike…dancing (HAHA), Emmett…knife (BWAHAHA), and Edward…alley (ONG, he growled!!!)

Seen it twice, and dying to see it again…and again…and again…and… *yeah, you get the idea*

Loved Taylor; he is such a CUUUUUUUTE Jacob!!! HAHA *click* Bring ‘im in!! *duck and cover* haha!!!

I loved Alice; she was so funny, and Jasper rocked!! Baseball was SWEET!!! (Carlisle did a Babe Ruth; pointed the bat, and hit the ball. SOOO BRILLIANT!!!) LOVED IT!!!

I’ve seen this movie so many times that I’m pretty sure my boyfriend will break up with me if I see it again! Hmm, maybe I just won’t tell him… Anyway, my favortie part is the WHOLE baseball scene! Geez, I thought I was the only one who thought the Jasper “juggling” the baseball bat in one hand was endearing. He could be a great Jasper on film if they just gave him more screen time. Can’t wait to see him “train” the Cullen clan and wolf pack in “Eclipse!”
By the way,I have seen the movie 3x’s and I am 31!! It’s not just the teens who are dazzled by Edward and the Twilight books.

I’m beyond lying about my obsession now…I’ve seen it 7 times now and have concrete plans to see it again this Friday and 2 weeks from then…I’m sick…it could get to be a problem!

I can’t believe how many people love the Jasper baseball scene…definitely one of my favourites…

Another one – in the restaurant when Edward says “…yes, no, to get to the other side…” I don’t know why but that kills me and nobody in the theatre seems to get it…maybe because it’s not exactly like that in the book??

I’m really new to the whole Twilight series – as in saw the movie on Nov. 23rd before reading the books – bought and have finished reading all the books by Nov. 27th and am now dying for Meyer to complete Midnight Sun – anyway, the bottom line is it’s really good to know I’m not alone in my passion for Edward & Bella’s passion!

I loved the movie — I’ve seen it 3 times and plan on seeing it again! By the way, I am 50. I love the baseball scene and Jasper and the bat, and the kiss!!! One of my favorite lines comes at the prom when Edward returns to Bella when she is talking to Jake — his line, “I leave you for two minutes and the wolves descend” Love it!

OME Jasper and the baseball bat i was like “yes!!”*fist pump*in the theater(im a jasper freak.lol)and to see the kissing scene and the prom scene and OMEC!!the baseball scene is probably my favorite it was so amazing and funny too.lol. when Carlisle and all the Cullens first walk in i was squealing my freaking head off.and ome charlie was absolutely hysterical! “*snaps gun back* bring him in” i laughed so hard.oh and of course the meadow scene.and is it just me or did anyone else start squealing when Edward had this ah-maz-ing smile after mike asked Bella to the prom and she said she was going to Jacksonville?! i was like “ome that smile is so amazing!”and when they get out of the car after Edward brings her to school and he says ‘as long as im going to hell..”and i might add he has amazing sunglasses(or at least they look amazing on him) and when they first go to meet the cullens….i basically loved the whole thing with a fiery passion.lol.

2. Jaspers face at the house when Bella comes over…(drool, this face is why i will forever love Jasper from now on.)
3. the “bite” at the end of the movie, while dancing

5. the kiss of course.

My fave one is when Edward is taking Bella to his house. And when they get there they ask ifshe’s hungry. Edward tells them she already ate. Then Rosalie breaks the salad bowl. HILARIOUS. Also i love Jasper and the bat.

i started cracking up when Bella first walked into the biology room .. and Edwards reaction put me in tears ! You could tell who all didnt read the book because only the people who started laughing knew why he reacted so , and everyone else was like WHAT ?

also when they were in the kitchen scene at the Cullen’s house and they were like “Are you sure she likes italian ?” and then Emmett goes “Her names Bella !”

Seen it 5 times now I must admit!
1.Seeing Edward come ripping up in that Volvo in Port Angeles! THe look on his face when gets out of the car; & then that low snarl at those guys; He’s just too cool.
2.To see Alice snaps James’ neck.
3.The whole kitchen scene at the Cullen’s, it’s just hilarious. I love Edwards look on his face too, the way he’s just sort of subtly appalled (he plays it so well),by the way the whole conversation went while the family is smiling, saying how it all went so well!
4.Charlie was my favorite surprise though. He was just great! Through the whole movie! &
5.yes, of course, the kiss…Oh my..
6.I also loved the way he looked at her & kissed her at the end, dancing at the prom. Just so romantic, Just so…Ummmmmmmmmm……
Looking forward to the rest of saga on film. It’s going to get interesting thats for sure. *reading BD for the 3rd time (the feather scene actually). can you imagine it? Edward in his draw string pants? Have to confess… Just a twilight junkie to the core.
