Of course, I’m thrilled that it’s available to pre-order now, but I’m a little peeved that I haven’t gotten my alert that I set up through Amazon that’s supposed to let me know that it’s available! Oh well, I’ll pick my battles.

I didn’t get my e-mail alert either, but so excited! Will pre-order it from them soon. Anybody know if this is the only version? I was worried about them putting out different versions and if Wal Mart or Target, or whoever, would have a different one with more extras? I hope they don’t do that, but you never know.
The Twilight Saga book still does not have a release date, according to the Amazon site. Don’t know what’s going on. They sent me an e-mail asking me if I wanted to cancel or not-of course, I didn’t so had to click on the link so they wouldn’t cancel it. Hope we hear something soon.

Does anybody know if the Blu Ray version will be the special edition? And, what is the difference between the special edition and the regular DVD? I hardly ever buy movies, so I have no idea.

response to twilightfan14… I have read that there is a regular verison, blu-ray and special edition… I am sure that is all there will be.
I have preordered my Twilight DVD… and my Twilight Saga book.. I can’t wait till they are here! And really can’t wait to see New Moon in theaters.. Not sure if anyone knew this but they released the other day that the Jacob from Twilight will be playing the Jacob in New Moon.. There were worries that he wouldn’t be playing him due to the big changes Jacob goes through in New Moon!

No Pre-Order for the Blu-Ray version?
That is sad and dissapointing that I am excluded for having a taste for higher quality picture and sound.
The Cullens in high definition..I think so.
I’ve seen several places that there will be a 2- and 3-disc special edition DVD . . . has anyone seen anything to confirm or dispute this?
I really wanna pre-order my copy of Twilight, but I don’t want to get the 2-disc if there’s gonna be a 3-disc available . . .

I want it on Blu-ray. Is that available yet for pre-order as well? I asked Amazon to notify me when it was.
If you pre order it, do they ship it so you get it the day it comes out, or do you have to wait and get it days later?
If you’re not keen on pre-ordering or ordering from Amazon (as I’m not, then head to Wal-Mart or Target as soon as it opens on that day. They will have plenty of copies of both regular DVD AND BluRay, and it’ll likely be a little cheaper than Amazon for the first week of release. We’ve never had a problem getting a movie when it comes out, even a wildly popular one - as long as you get there early in the day.

I probably won’t preorder the DVD as I work in the Receiving department of a local BJs and will know when it will come in and can grab a copy once the registers are open. Since I know that we will probably get a good amount of copies in, I have no doubt that I will get one without worry.

The 2 disc special edition has the full length movie plus some special features on the first disc and more special features on the second disc. Both the normal movie and the 2-disc come out on March 21st. You can get either in stores on that day.
Will there be a 3-disc special edition of Twilight? cause i want to know before i preorder the movie.

Border’s has a really neat edition of the dvd, a very cool case and pictures included with the dvd.

I don’t want to wait around for my DVD to get here…Target stores are selling the 3-disc Deluxe Edition–it includes an itunes download of the film and bonus content for 22.99! Also in Blu-Ray!
I have a question.. I pre ordered my copy of Twilight. I pre ordered the 2 disk dvd set that comes is a speical edition book through a local music store. Now on line I see Target is offering a 3 disk dvd set. What is the differnce? Is the book I’m getting for free the offical movie guide, which I already have??? If any one out in the Twilihgt knows I would appricate it!!! THAX
