New Moon not reprinted?
- I just went to a Barnes and Noble and a Borders book store today looking to purchase the Twilight Boxed Set as a Christmas gift. When I was told that the set was a limited edition and was no longer available, I went back to the Twilight displays to purchase each book individually.
Although New Moon was available in soft cover, there were no hard covers available. There were for Twilight, Eclipse and Breaking Dawn though. Curious, I went back to the sales clerks. That’s when I was told that New Moon will not be reprinted at this time because they have to change the cover art. The Barnes and Noble lady even mentioned that there might be a problem with a copyright infringement surrounding the New Moon Cover Art. (thanks Elizabeth)
- I was just on fandango and I noticed that Twilight is #2 behind Four Christmases in #s - not sure if this is for this weekend or overall. You may have this already but just thought I would forward the link (it comes up on the right hand side of the main page). (thanks Claire)

I saw that Twilight just gone down to #2 and Four Christmases is #1. I went to see Twilght and on Friday for the 5th time. I never get tired of it…I always manage to see something new in the movie. Well, the DVD’s are coming out in February so that’s good new. Rob is getting an increase in salary for doing New Moon. I guess he can live comfortably after doing the whole saga. A much deserved monetary gain for his hard work.
As for the Taylor project, it’s all about fate. If it’s mean to be then Taylor will remain in the movie. I don’t knock fate.
I wonder what the heck is going on with New Moons cover art? I never understood the cover art for New Moon or Eclipse….I wish they’d explain that. Anyways, thats really strange. Thanks for the heads up. I got my Mom reading the series and she loves it, she’s 50, and I was going to buy her her own set for Xmas. I’ll stick to paperbacks… Weird.
I think TA should too!! Because im planning on auditioning for the role as jane, and/or as an extra for new moon and eclipse and i would love to meet him and have him in the movie!!!!!! If there is anything i can do message me!!
sorry to everyone that wants to keep Taylor, BUT…..
Yes, I thought he did a great job in Twilight and could potentially do a good job in the other books. But I think Steven Strait would be a better “older” Jake. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not knocking Taylor. Like I said, he was good for the 1st movie, but the other ones…. I just think Steven would do better, is all. Also, I think that Steven looks enough like Taylor that they could pull off him being Jacob in an older version.
But that’s just my opinion. =)
