I’m really excited for this book to come out. It will be really interesting to get the details of Edwards perspective in the Twilight story, as well as learn more about the missing parts of the story, such as what he did in Alaska.

I’m sorry to dissappoint you all, but it would be very rude and inconsiderate to read the first chapter of Midnight Sun, because Stephanie Meyer said it herself that it got out accidentally, and almost gave up on even finishing the book. it wasnt the first chapter that got leaked, that has been out on stephenies website forever,, it was the first 12 chapters that got leaked, and got the book put on hold indeffinately
Not to be a bother, but the first chapter i couldn’t keep away from. I know it was terribly wrong to do so. I didn’t think before reading it. But all in all it was a great first chapter. Tto know why Edward was acting strangely toward Bella that first day she was there. But, I do strongly suggest that you wait and read the whole book. It kind of ruins the book even though it was just the first chapter.
I am so ready for that book… It’s wierd but reading these books I feel like Im a part of the story or family and that during each moment im right were they are… incredible.. it will be wonderful seeing Edwards side and it will let you connect with them both alot more..

I love these books soooo much. Edward’s point of view is very explanatory to why he acted the way he did. When I read these books I feel as if I was there. I wish I could be Bella so badly.Or at least find true love like Edward and her.
im sorry but im kinda obsessed with twilight and i am so xcited about this new book midnight sun in edwards point of view! it was such a good idea of stephenie meyer to write a book like this b/c, a) it will like fill up all the blank spaces in the books in bellas point of view, and b) everyone who is a twilight addict who adds cullen to the end of their name like i know that i do, rele wants to read more about bella and edward, but if she wrote like a bajillion more books to continue the series than it might get old, so obviously this is the perfect solution!!! srry if u cant understand a word im saying b/c im kinda rambling!!! these books r so yummy!
ii really liked TRwilight. I was so obsessed wit this book because on a school night, I ended up staying up till 2 in the morning to finsish the book… That is how good the book was. Plus, it really is cute to have Edward care for Bella. That was really cute. Well, I just can’t wait till Midnight Sun comes out..YES!!!

ok, #1 it wasnt the first 12 chapters on her website just the first chapter, i read it the first day it came out early last summer/late last spring. and sorry but, steph has decided not to finish the book “postponed indefenetly” i was looking forward to midnight sun, and i thought the first chapter was awesome, although i had thought steph herself has posted it on her site at the time, she thinks that a couple of the rough draft copies were put into the wrong hands, thanks to whoever posted it on her site, she says and i qoa ‘if i were to continue writing midnight sun, james would win and all teh cullens would die” something like that.
I cannot wait to read Twilight: From Edward’s point of view. I am also anxious to see the movie, even thought it might be a little different from the movie. From what I recall, Edward was never slammed into a mirror at the dance studio, but that might be included in his point of view. Twilight has made my top ten book list obtaining #1. It is an amazing book and I can’t wait to read the whole series. I don’t know what I will do once I’ve read all the books. I’m still on Twilight, though. I’m on the last chapter, (chapter 24), An Impasse. I just started reading it four days ago and I can’t put it down! I don’t know what I reels me in, the suspense, the drama, the mystery, or the romance between Edward and Bella. Every time I read this book, I feel as if I’m one of the characters, watching their every move. Call me crazy, but I wish I was living my own Twilight.

OMG, I am re-reading the end of twilight tonight like from the chapter were they are playing baseball and I am just getting even more scared all over again. I can’t wait to read Twilight in Edward’s point of view because to know what Edward was thinking and doing when Bella was contemplating if she liked Edward or not is going to be really interesting to read. This book is a brilliant idea and i LOVED reading it, it was just amazing. I am really excited to see the movie tomorrow but i don’t think that it can top the book at all. I love Twilight and I hope that this series will keep growing longer for the future.

Sadly I heard Midnight Sun wouldn’t be finished. I truly hope this isn’t the case becuase I can’t seem to get enough of Edward’s point of view after reading the first chapter. Whoever ruined this for the rest of us by releasing it without authorization , what a tool! As an addict of the series, I’m hungry for more and will send all positive thoughts out that it will happen.

can someone tell me where i can read midnight sun, i heard its on the internet already. apparently, one of stephinie’s friends got a hod on most of it and published it.
i wish the person who took advantage of Stepenie’s trust and put her ruff draft all over the place would realize what he/she did. that sucks that now Meyer has postponed the completion of the book. i read what she has online, and it is SOOO GOODDDD (good)!!!! man-o-man, this sucks!
I love your books they are so good. I hope Twilight becomes a DVD because i would buy it. It was so good. Im obsessed with TWILIGHT and all the books. They are so interesting except when EDWARD wasnt in the story when he left BELLA it wasnt that interesting to me. I think EDWARD and BELLA should of never been taken apart. And i hope BELLA becomes a vampire with the Cullens. I havent read Eclipse yet so IDK what happens yet but i am going to read it pretty soon and i am dying becase i dont have it and i want to know what happens!!!! Edward is so HOTTT!!! Bella is one lucky girl in Twilight.

I plan to attend the same college as Stephenie Meyer, but had already wanted to before I read her books. However, now I am even more interested in becoming a writer than before because she is a terrific one; I hope that I will be able to be as successful as her some day. And maybe I will too graduate from Brigham Young University with a degree in English literature. She is a wonderful writer. Now I just need to see the movie…
By the way, I certainly hope she does publish Midnight Sun!!!!!!!!!!

i just started reading twilight yesterday and i stayed up and finished it last night at 4am. i just started new moon a few hours ago and an already halfway through and i’m reading it as a type. i can’t wait to read eclipse and midnight sun! i think meyer had the right idea to clear things up for people by telling the story from edward’s point of view. gah! i wish i could find a guy like edward cullen…

I read Midnight Sun and it was really really good! I wish SM would finish the whole book and then possibly write the whole series from Edward’s perspective. I would really like to know what he is thinking the entire series. There were so many times when I was wondering “whats so-and-so thinking? What is Edward thinking? What the heck is running through his mind right now?”. SM would make so much money if she wrote what I think should be called “The Midnight Sun Saga”.

K soo.. I loved it, I was a fan of the ‘Buffy’ thing back in the day, but I am not one of those vampire people… I am also not some love sick teenager. I am in my twenties and a college student… trust me everyone, these books are for every person out there. I read them all (i am typically a slow reader but i finished the whole sega in less than 2 weeks). But i have to admit, im not a bookstore girl, so i saw the movie, fell in love, went and read it and couldn’t stop… ill give it to SM, she honestly gave me a desire to read… and its a pretty cool thing.

I’ve always that that the Cullen’s would kill the humans at first when i started reading the first book. But then i got into it and then i read the last three. it answered all of my question that the i had, and I’m grateful that i got to read it from Edward’s view. Plus i loved the movie. Going to see it again soon.

I think that Midnight Sun should still be published. I understand why Stephanie got upset about some of the book being leaked out onto the web for everyone to read, but i honestly dont think that will make a difference. From what I can tell, Midnight Sun is going to be popular among billions of fans that are addicted to the romanitic connection and selfless love between Edward and Bella, and they will buy and read it like crazy. I have read the first three books and I’m absolutely in love with every one of them. I’m so excited to start reading Breaking Dawn, but I really would like to read Midnight Sun. You should still publish it Stephanie =].

i am a little mad because i heard that since part of the book was published online that the book was not going to be finished
I am supper excited about the new book. Especially now that she is ready to continue it, however I feel cheated that she is moving on to other stories. There is so much more than can be explored in this story. For instance Renesme and Jacob’s story after she has passed her childhood years. What happens with the tribe if the alpha males has a quarter vampire child, etc? I felt she rushed the ending and then left the story hanging.

I really hope that isn’t true because it is very unfair of Stephanie to punish her fans by refusing to publish a book that everyone will undoubtably love. I need to read the rest of this book! I love the twilight books. I only stared reading them last week but I’m read them all. I’m so annoyed that someone leaked this book on the internet and I need to read the rest of it. Some people ruin things for everyone. I think there should be a whole set of books all by Edwards point of view. I want to know so many gaps in the story like what happened for most of book two when he left Bella.

At first, I was skeptical about the whole vampire thing. But, my teacher’s and friends finally convinced me to go out and get the book, knowing that I’d fall in love with it.
So I went to Chapter’s and bought the first two books. And, everyone was right- I ADORE Twilight. I mean the love Bella and Edward feel for each other is just amazing. Especially how Edward is so protective over her. So Romantic.
I would just like to thank Stephenie Meyers for writing this incredible series and for creating all the characters I’ve come to love. She has really inspired me to go for my dreams, since I too would like to become an author in the near future. I have already written a book and I am writing my second at the moment.
Anyhow, I also wanted to say how exciting it would be to hear Edward’s point of view, hear the thoughts behind that mysterious face. I’m not too sure if Midnight Sun is coming out or not, but a tip for Stephenie Meyers: PUBLISH IT. If you don’t, it would leave many devoted fans disappointed. Like vampires, we thirst for your books.

I finished all four of the books back in February and feel kind of empty now that the saga is over. Of course, I do know about Midnight Sun, but since it won’t be published for a while now, the series is technically at a dead end. I’m not a big fan of Edward’s character in the books,(it gets kind of tiring after a while) but I can relate to Bella and I like Jacob a little bit….but I’m SO Team Edward. I STILL haven’t seen the movie because my mom is reluctant to go see a vampire romance, but anyway….I don’t want to bore anyone with my rambling, so I’ll just go now. I forgot that I wanted to add my opinion on the whole Midnight Sun thing. I don’t think fans and the media should keep pressuring her about finishing Midnight Sun, because an author can’t be expected to deliver a great story if he/she feels like he/she can’t trust anyone and that the book is no longer his/her own. This is to Stephenie Meyer: Mrs. Meyer, I think you’ve done a wonderful job creating another world for teenagers and up to escape to, and I just wanted to let you know that you don’t have to finish Midnight Sun if you feel uncomfortable,(before anything else, the author’s feelings about the whole situation must, must, must be considered)but I (being one of your most devoted fans)would REALLY appreciate it, as would everyone else. i’m in love with the twilight saga i usually hate reading but after i saw the movie i started reading them. i watched the movie 10 times and read the first 3 books in 5 days. i feel like i’m actually in the book it’s amazing. i can’t wait til edwards point of view comes out. it’s like i can feel the love they share… incredible. i wish it was a real story and i was bella swan. i’m going to be very upset when i’m finished reading all the books. sooo much fun reading them!

I am so eager to read her latest book hopefully if it still will be published “midnight sun”. the way she exposes her words and transforms the reader from their seat to the actual scenery of the story is absolutely amazing! i loved midnight sun. it had absoulutley great detail and i really wanted to know what was going on in edwards mind at the time.althouh im a little confused. dosent edward know shes coming before she comes thats why he says “you dont know how long i waited for you in the meadow scene.instead he just is taken by suprise about her . i mean dosent alice see her in a vision before she comes to forks. im not trying to make a bad comment im just a little confused. maybe you could consider this comment while you write your books steph.i am a really big fan of your books. my mom got my sister hooked and my sister got me hooked.i hope you take into consideration that people do stupid things i havent even seen any of the post of the twelve chapters and im wondering how it got a hold of and im really sorry that i cant help. my step mom tells me your most likley going to release it but i dont exactley believe it because that was a pretty harsh thing for someone to do basicley stealing the rough draft.i hope this helps at least a tiny bit.

if you go to stefine’s website you can read half the book and she says that it wont be published because someone exsposed it. She says she wants to wait a year or so. So people will forget about it.

i finished reading the whole twilight series in 6 days and im only 11!!! That’s how great these books are!! Stephenie, if u ever come to read this PLZ make another 4 twilight books on edwards point of view bcs i NEED something to read or im going to die before midnight sun comes out. oh by the way, u look great in your authors pictures. THANK YOU for writing those books and keeping me busy, even if it only was for 6 days! Oh i just want to say that breaking dawn is my favorite! the series of twilight is the best=) i usally dont read books at all but as soon as i picked up twilight i couldnt putt it down, i loved all of them.I think i read all three in two weeks then as soon as breaking dawn came out i read it; i cant wait to read twilight from his point of view.I just cant wait, i wouldnt say i am ubsessed but it is really hard to get sucked into a book like twilight did i just cant believe it.But please keep writing more books.Right now i am reading another book that stephanie m wrote and it’s okay but not as good as the twilight books,
