TWILIGHTERS ANONYMOUS AT ‘NEW MOON’ SET
Big, big news Twilighters. Just a short week and a half ago, Twilighters Anonymous was contacted by Summit Entertainment. We have been invited to visit the set of New Moon! Not only are we excited by this awesome invitation but we are extremely proud as well. Twilighters Anonymous was one of seven sites, (yes only 7!) out of hundreds of Twilight fan sites that was chosen. Each of the seven sites was allowed to send only one representative to the site.
Twilighters Anonymous has sent our very own Team Switzerland up to Vancouver to check out the set of New Moon. We will be reporting the latest news to you at the very earliest moment we are allowed. Stay tuned for exciting reports straight from the New Moon set!

That is so exciting! I think a burning question I have is what are these dream sequences about that Edward appears in? Can they give any hint as to what makes them so upsetting? Also when Bella does stupid stuff, does she still see him or is that only in the dream sequences? Will they show anything to do with Bella and Edward being happy and in love for the summer prior to the birthday disaster? Those are the major things that I can think of for the moment…Oh, have they done the break-up in the woods yet? I’m dying to know how that’s turned out!

Congratulations!! I’m sure MOST of us want to know how close to the book they’re staying in terms of actors approaching the characters (Bella/Edward “I never stopped loving you” ROMANTIC reunion is a good example) AND in terms of the plot.

I’m from Italy and I really like TA site beacause is always updated with so many photos,videos and news! I can’t wait for New Moon to be shot in Italy and I really hope to meet one of the cast members…expectialy Rob!! I’m so happy for you TA! you’re great! Please, please if at all possible to suggest on the set about my thought about adding a scene of Edwards real feelings about leaving Bella. I think it would be cool to add that since we only know Bella’s side. I think it would go real well to the song “To be with you” by David Archuletta. The words seem real fitting to me. What do you think?

If possible..find out if there are any scenes that is added to the movie that is in the book like the Twilight movie?! And find out what will set Chris Weitz’s work apart from Hardwicke’s with New Moon? I know this sound far fetched but will they do another movie companion book like Twilight?

Congrats TA! I was watching ET Thursday and Friday because they were talking about Twilight. They are also talking about it tonight, Monday. Anyways in the cast interviews they said that new moon is going to be scary in the dream sequence, which when I read the book didn’t seem like that. Bella always thought that Edward was mad because she was doing something dangerous but I never thought of him as scary. So could you ask what they mean by scary in the dream sequence? I’m really curious. Thanks!

I’m torn. One side of me wants to know every little bit of information about New Moon but the other half of me doesn’t want to be able to sit in the theatre at midnight and recite almost every line AGAIN. I think that for Twilight, I knew too much and I don’t want to spoil New Moon! For Eclipse, I’ll probably know each and every thing. And Breaking Dawn will be back to ignorance when it comes to filming, sets and things like that.
Ok,so please ask taylor if they have shown him what his CG werewolf is gonna look like!!! I’ve been so curious if they have or not..I can’t wait to see what the wolfs look like!!!!
I think this is great!!! I feel so badly that the cast has been under the microscope so much, so please be sensitive, especially about their private lives. I just hope that all of them have continued success and find happiness after the Twilight Saga!

Congratulations! Do you know who made the selection as to which sites were invited? I just watched my Twilight dvd again today and am still re-reading the books the third time. I will be glad to see the new movie - I think, I had a hard time with parts of the book.
Few things I want to know
Im wondering if there was anything left out of the script that the actors feel shouldn’t have been. (unlikely that they would beable to answer this, if possible ask rob, he usually forgets what he can and cannot say and slips haha).
will there be any scenes that don’t involve Bella? Maybe a scene of Edward’s agony in South America, or additional scene Stephenie wrote with Rose calling Edward or Rose talking to Alice about Bella’s “death”
will those scenes only involve the bad vampires like in twilight?
What are they most looking forward to filming in Eclipse?
will taylor appear taller with cgi after editing?
finally I (and Im sure a lot of other people) want to know why Edward is getting the crap kicked out of him? Rob made it sound like this doesnt have to do with Jane shocking/burning him in italy when he was ET. He even said it happens a lot in this movie… is this apart of a dream? in italy?

What I’d like to know… I’ve heard that we’ll get more of Edward in NM via “visions” instead of just a voice, which is a relief. But, I’ve also heard that Edward may be portrayed as “darker” in these vision or a dream. True?
If so, how the hell does that reconcile with the book, or the character? Bella puts herself in danger to hear Edward reprimand her for it… and in the end she realizes that all along she must have known he CARED about her.
And what do they mean by “darker” anyway?
Are they worried that Joe Q. Public, who may not have read the books, will be confused by anything in the movie? Are they planning to be a little clearer for newbies than they were with Twilight?
Will Joe Q. Public (who haven’t read the books) know that EDWARD, not Jacob, is supposed to be Bella’s soul mate? Will the audience bond with E&B enough in the beginning to hope he comes back, or be glad when he does?

We all know what kind of music they like, and if not, ask them that… But We don’t know what kind of music they can’t stand hearing… what they would never put on their mp3 players.
What are they favorite kind of clothes, and when dressing up what style they go for?
Name one thing they are really good at that nobody else knows, and a thing they really suck at…
What is their guilty pleasure?
And finally wish them well, success and happiness from a fan from Ecuador!!!
Please ask if there is going to be any romantic scenes involved. I know the book “New Moon” has virtually none, but there are some scenes in the beggining and end where they are happy and romantic “making out scenes”, you know what i mean (we need to scratch our itch!). I’m all about the romance, please ask if the other final films, Eclipse, and BD will also have more romance and if they are really going to stay true to the books-If so will the ratings go up to “R” in order to accomodate some of the more detailed scenes that Meyer passionately describes. We all want to see Edward and Bella together intimately!! Congrats TA!

OMG!!!!! You guys are soooo lucky! I would give anything to get to go. I just got done rereading New Moon and I can’t wait to see how they do the werewolf/Laurent scene and the scene with Bella jumping off the cliff. I also hope they stick very close to the way Stephenie described it for the breakup and Bella getting lost then found by Sam Uley. I know Kristen will do that scene the justice it deserves!!!

Wow - I’d like to know how Kristen physically and mentally prepared for the water scene, the emotional despair and complete emptiness that Bella had to feel in the ocean as she was drowning. And how did she prepare for the break-up scene - especially since they were filmed back to back. She must have been a wreck!
Also, since Rob is so musically inclined, what would be the one instrument he’d like to learn to play, whcih he currently doesn’t. Thanks!

My want is a bit different from others. I want to see an image of Ashley Greene as Alice in something other than a parka.
Alice is my fave character, and I dressed as her for my job’s release of the DVD. I plan on dressing as her again for the New Moon Movie release. Alas, the only pics I’ve seen of her in character have had a huge coat on. So, that is what I’d love to see. Or even just see described.

It’d be cool to know if any of the cast read or contribute to TA. It’s an awesome site. Also, remember the top 10 list of things we need to be in the movie… ask if those are in the movie or not. I’d like to know about Jacob’s tranformation. Maybe you could get a peak at a storyboard with the wolves transformation. Are the wolves form true to the book, are they huge or what? I can’t wait to read what all you find out!
