TA FOLLOWS THE STARS: KRISTEN STEWART & DAKOTA FANNING
We have a short but sweet edition of TA Follows the Stars for you today that includes Twilight veteran Kristen Stewart and New Moon newbie Dakota Fanning. The two New Moon cast members, who also happening to be starring in the upcoming film The Runaways, were spotted at the NYLON summer music tour:

Kristen’s new hair is drastic – I wonder if she’ll get the same shocking response that Rob did when he cut his hair earlier this year. I’m not worried about how she’ll look once it comes time for Eclipse though. I trust everyone involved and know it’ll turn out well. I also love that Kristen and Dakota seem to have a growing friendship. All the Twi-casters have such great chemistry!

Wow these gals are working like crazy! I hope they don’t get burnt out, not much time til they start filming Eclipse! I’m actually very interested in seeing this movie, I’ve never seen any of Kristen’s movies before, will be nice to see her be other than Bella. What a coincidence she and Dakota are in 2 back to back films! Still trying to imagine Dakota as Jane… those angelic eyes turning evil…*shivers*
Kristen looks great! I’m excited about this movie. I know she’s playing guitar but does anyone know if she gets to do the singing? I hope so.

Absolutely love Kristen’s color and cut. She can always wear a wig for Eclipse. Maybe she will like this new look and keep it. The dark hair is so right for her.
Kellan was looking very nice. I have to say the black hair from the film does not compliment him. Must be the skin tone, he definitely needs the blond. But he sure looked like Emmett walking down the street.
I love how dedicated Kristen is to a role. Her hair looks dead on Joan Jett and I have no doubt in my mind that she will phenomenal as Joan Jett. I’m really looking forward to this movie too considering the fact that I have always loved Joan Jett and she is the full embodiment of rock n roll.

Love this picture of the two of them. They finally look rested! Both are working so hard. And I loovvee Kristen’s eye makeup. I’m not loving the haircut but it’s for a movie so you do what you have to do. Not worried at all about the other movies after this. Extensions and dye…Done.
I think Kristen and Dakota both look awesome. Kristen should keep her hair dark after the movies are all filmed.
While I think the haircut is good for her role, I don’t care for it for her personally. I think she looks much better in longer hair. But it will grow. That’s the one good thing about hair. lol. And trust me, as someone who’s obsessed with hair/including my own, it’s a big step after many years to be able to say that. lol
While Rob is doing that tedious and boring film about middle class depression Kristen has the guts to portray that exhuberant woman in all her glory! For me Kristen is the coolest, the most honest and talented of the two. Rob is always pushing himself in interviews to look cooler than he really is but I´m not buying it anymore. Some say he´s a douche behind the curtains. So now I´m really excited about Kristen as a person and as an actress in this film. Go Kristen, you have a brilliant career ahead and this movie will blow your name up if it goes well!

I have negative thoughts in regard to her new haircut, but just can’t seem to form the words that would allow me to talk badly about KRISTEN.

The hair is very Joan Jett and I think it still kinda fits kris’ style too! I love when her hair is lighter in the front and darker in the back but she looks pretty with jet balck hair too! Kristen can wear any hair style or color and it usually looks great!

Chris: She did do an interview not too long ago and said she would like to do the singing for the role but they may do her voice and Joan’s in a voice over combination together. Whatever sounds the best for the movie is what they’ll use. She is, like you said playing the guitar, I wonder if it’s the one Rob gave her for her 19th birthday?

Hey, maybe that’s a wig, it’s a decoy, and maybe she did not cut her hair and dye it black. If you scan through the photos, she touches her hair a lot, maybe it was windy and she did not want her wig to fly off… and if she did really cut and dye her hair, I have total faith that she will have Bella hair again in Eclipse. I don’t think Kristen looks high, that is the eye makeup, it could have been a long day working and she might be tired, regardless good on her she looks spot on for Joan Jett and I am sure she’ll be great…
Claire , WHAT’S WITH THE ROB BASHING??? How do you know that the movie Rob is doing is a tedious and boring film about middle class depression??? Seen the script???? Wow, Kristen still looks good, and i can’t wait for new moon to come out, and Eclipse too. I can’t wait to see all of the twilight saga movies together in a collection. It will definitely be in my movie collections.

There was an interview I can’t remember with who; but they asked her about her Birthday and did she get anything special and she said yes, that Rob gave me a guitar and that it was very special. It was when they were filming I think. I remembered because it struck me as being such a thoughtful gift from a (good) friend, thinking of her & sharing his love of music.

Ok so what’s with the douche comment? and what does that even mean? How does anyone know Remember Me will be boring? For all we know this could be a great love story, we haven’t even heard too much about it, little unfair and little too soon to judge, isn’t it? Rob is the most awkward celebrity during interviews I have seen, how is that trying to be more cool than he really is? And can we please not compare Rob and Kristen, that’s apples and oranges. And they are not even competing! The success of Twilight Saga relies on BOTH of them.
So Rob gave Kristen a guitar? Wow, I love how those two are such wonderful friends (or more, who knows), makes me want to support them even more. That is just too sweet!!!

Has she ever watched ANY of Rob’s interviews…he’s cutely awkward…since when is that trying too hard to be cool?
Has she ever heard any interviews given by other celebs? They even mention how nice and approachable Rob is? Same goes for those interviewing him. His co-stars all have nothing but GOOD things to say about him. Ryan Reynolds even said he has a “man crush” on him…lol.

AH, Claire must be a frequent commentor on some of the other sites that all they do is find fault with the cast. They go on fansites and spew there nasty comments and leave, typical infantile behavior. There are some sites where the comment section is nothing but a chat room and the exchanges are really something, so I don’t visit them anymore. I believe they are more haters than fans. That’s why I prefer to visit this site.
