TA FOLLOWS THE STARS: CHASKE, ALEX, KIOWA - WOLF PACK!
It’s another edition of TA Follows The Stars, and this time we’ve got some new pictures of the wolf pack for you! Sure, we’ve seen some of Alex Meraz, Taylor Lautner, and a few others - but today, in addition to some more of Alex Meraz (set to play Paul), we’ve got some pictures of Chaske Spencer (set to play Sam), and Kiowa Gordon (set to play Embry).

I love the Cullens, don’t get me wrong, but I have a deep appreciation for our wolf pack, too. I’m not too sold on Chaske just yet (he isn’t what I pictured for Sam), but I will definitely give him a fair chance and see what he brings to the screen.
What do you think of these new pictures of the wolf pack? Are you starting to picture these actors in the roles they’re set to play? Is there any wolf pack member you’re unhappy with?

Hhahaha……….any that I am unhappy with??? All of them! ~sigh~ I thought that the reason they replaced Solly and Krys was so we could have big hulky beefy 7 foot tall Wolves. Is it just me? B/c I am not seeing that at all! Oh well.
I agree with Mysteriously, too. Other than that, I love the rest of the pack.
Meraz has his game face on, can’t wait to see him in action. He would make a bad a** villain! lol
The other actors seem to be missing something for me but I still like them, casting made excellent decisions so this guys are gonna make rip it up good!!! haha
I’m totally sold on these three… the ones to play Sam, Paul, and Embry. I really like Bronson Pelletier as Jared, too! I’m not sold on Tyson playing Quil (no offense, dude). I just pictured Quil as a much meatier, stockier, more solid guy. Anyway, Chaske is almost exactly how I pictured Sam except maybe a little more brooding.
I’m pleased with the choices of these actors. Sam was exactly how I imaged him to be. He was a big brother type for Jacob. Alex as Paul, Kiowa as Embry and Tyson as Quil were amazing perfect! For Bronson as Jared, that’s where I draw the line. I’m not too sure about him. I guess he gave a great audition so I guess I should give him a shot. Overall, I’m just happy that the movie is moving along as planned! Now we need to find out about who is who as the Volturi! Hurry, I don’t think I can bear any more suspense to it!
why did they have to chance embry and sam from the twilight movie, anyway??? to me, they were perfect. but as stated, i’ll give the new guys a fair chance.
I want the guys in twilight jacob’s two friends to play embry and sam!
They were awesome! It would be weird when you watch twilight then staright after that watch new moon, it’s so noticeble.

WOW!!! Sam looks EXACTLY like I always pictured him!!! That’s kinda freaky!!! I am VERY happy with all of the new wolves…they all look amazing and I am SO excited that they are finally filming and everything seems to be going well. I can’t wait til they give us a complete cast list, though I am pretty confident whoever they cast will be great. Can it be November now?

i really like that they got older guys to play the wolf pack, although tyson looks like a white guy and a nerd and not anything like quil is descriped in the book.

I do really love the pack, I appreciate that the studios hired the that so known actors and with native on their blood, thats just make it special for the movies..My only concern is the actor for Sam, Im sorry to his fan(s) if he already has, he’s not the way I pictured, but I’ll give him a chance to prove of being Sam Uley.
…wow.. i think they are going to be great…krys and soloman were only listed as jabob’s friends never as sam or quill…remember jacob is only 14 or 15 in new moon..and i agree …why can’t it be november.. lol…… ;o)
I think that Chaske is a great pick for Sam…I know looks aren’t what’s important, but I think he has the perfect look for “Sam.”I pictured “Sam” very good looking and Solomon just wasn’t…But that’s just my opinion…The wolf pack is definately going to be HOT!!!!
the faces r just as i imagines them, but arent the wolves supposed 2 b huge, hulking, walking balls of muscle? cuz they do hav muscle, i can tell, but not enough. arent they supposed 2 b built kinda like emmett? (i no, the comparison will probably offend them, but u no wat i mean…)
omg I think that the dude that plays embry is kinda cute but i think i’m gonna stick with jake and yeah KD is right how is tay suppose to look older than these guys they look old compared to him…movie magic i guess

im not sold on the new Embry. he doesnt look right to me. the actor for paul is growing on me and i think they cast Sam pretty well. so yeah. over all im loving the new wolf pack. =)

Love the new wolves to distraction but not sold on Tyson Houseman as Quil AT ALL. What were they thinking? No offense against the guy but he’s more Harry Potter material than wolf pack. Feeling Paul all the way to my toes, meow. Now how are they gonna portray these guys as tall as they are supposed to be esp Lautner (Jake was eventually 6′7). Gawd I’m too old for this.
I never get tired of these pics! I love, love, love, love Chaske Spencer… funny too because when I read the Twilight books I didn’t think much of Sam, but as soon as they cast Chaske I was all about the Sam love, haha! He’s really a talented actor (see Into the West) and I think he’ll bring a lot to the flick (I just hope he gets enough screen time)!
