So much has gone down already! Our site admin and onsite reporter, Wolfsbane, is there in line with the rest of the overnight campers and he recollects what went down last night:

PRE-PREMIERE TREAT!
After settling for what long cold night in line for wristbands at the Los Angeles Premiere, we were caught off-guard by the totally unexpected appearance of the Twilight movie director herself, Catherine Hardwicke! At first, the blue mini cooper that drove around the corner didn’t so much as elicit a 2nd glance from us but the second Catherine Hardwicke stuck her head out the window, a horde of screaming Twilighters formed a comet’s tail behind the mini cooper as it jetted down the street.

As the blue car containing Cathering Hardwicke sped away, I thought bemusedly, “Well, that was the highlight of the night!” Little did I know that she was not only going to make a second appearance, but actually get down and go through the WHOLE line of camped out and frozen Twilighers lined up along Le Conte Street, to sign autographs, take pictures, and endearing herself to us fans even more.

It was an awesome thing for her to do for her fans. People were getting everything signed, from tshirts and jeans to books and even a lucky macbook! I was totally impressed with her graciousness. She was extremely friendly and was answering as many questions as she can. We were left with the impression that she took fans very seriously, and that our opinions mattered.

What did I get out of it? An autograph and a picture with Cat! I’ll post it as soon as I can.

We have exciting news! TwilightersAnonymous.com has been given an opportunity to be on the red carpet at the premiere of the Twilight movie on Monday November 17th. Summit has graciously included us! We are beyond excited for this unique opportunity from Summit.

TA has paired up with Twilighters.org to cover the much-anticipated red carpet event that will welcome the entire cast of Twilight as well as many other celebrities. Geo (Twilighters.org) along with our very own Kara (Team Switzerland) will be on hand to interview the cast and other celebrities to grace the red carpet. We here at TA are looking forward to providing you with a comprehensive coverage of the events as they happen to make sure to keep you all posted.

The big news……WE WILL HAVE A LIVE VIDEO FEED FOR YOU TO WATCH! Hopefully you heard me cause I shouted. We�ll have multiple cameras at the event just to make sure you hear and see what we�re experiencing there, loud and clear and with little or no interruptions. We�re also bringing a full 16:9 widescreen HD camera to make sure our viewers get the best video quality. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity and we all want you to be a part of it.

After the red carpet, we will be attending an industry-only Twi-Con after party event. It will be a re-cap of the night, an opportunity to meet the Twi-Con organizers and hopefully see surprise guests!
