TA “YOU KNOW YOU’RE A TWILIGHTER WHEN…” CONTEST – WINNERS

The “You Know You’re a Twilighter When…” contest has officially ended, and we have the three winners for you right here! This was an extremely hard contest to judge because there were so many great entries (after all, you guys know better than anyone what it means to be a Twilighter), so thank you all for participating! Below are our three winners:

and silently giggle to yourself because you know
if you say it out loud, your friends will mind.
You are a Twilighter when you can recite the movie
word for word or find an exact point in the books
just by memory.
You’re a Twilighter when Bella’s Lullaby is your caller tone
and it irritates your friends so much
they no longer try to reach you by phone.
You know you’re a Twilighter when your car window
reads, “Stupid shiny –car make- owner”
and when people get the reference, you practically glow.

with a complete stranger about the series…

Second Place: “You Know You’re a Twilighter When…” By: Stephanie

You know you’re a Twilighter when you fall in love with a series of books that give you hope in finding the same kind of love that exists between Edward and Bella. Being a “Twilighter” consists of knowing this story like it was your own life; being able to recall the smaller story lines as well as the major ones; and even knowing the tiny details so often overlooked. A “Twilighter” is someone who could talk about the Twilight Saga every day with whoever will listen, and pray that they will meet someone who hasn’t heard about it so that we can fill them in on this amazing story! You know you’re a “Twilighter” when you are having a bad day, but you can read your favorite part of the Twilight Saga to bring a smile to your face. I think that being a “Twilighter” consists of loving every aspect of a story that was so magically brought to life through Stephenie Meyer’s eyes, and because of this story you yourself believe in happy endings. I am proud to call myself a “Twilighter.”

Third Place:“Top Ten Reasons I Know I’m a Twilighter” By: Natalie

• … you have read through the series several times, while not eating or sleeping and the house is a mess!
• … you Googled vampires.
• … you wont kill a wolf spider in your house because you named it “Jacob”.
• … you consider buying an “ostentatious” BMW convertible & you will personalize your tags with verbage from the books.
• … you bring Breaking Dawn to Disney World on spring break because it was the first read through. Hmmm Mickey or Edward? LOL.
• … you have done research on the towns/cities in the books and are planning your vacations around them.
• … you have said “holy crow!”
• … you check TwilightersAnonymous.com several times a day, it’s easy, you have it bookmarked right up top.
• … your heart stopped when you finished Stephenie’s outtakes and got to the ending point of Midnight Sun and there wasn’t anything more to read in the series.
• … you have renamed your husband Jedward.
