UPDATE ON SM ON THE ELLEN DEGENERES SHOW

DON’T FORGET SM IS ON ELLEN THIS WEDNESDAY!!
Ellen has added new information to her website about Stephenie Meyer’s appearance.

Every teenager in the country is reading STEPHENIE MEYER’S “Twilight” series of books (and will soon be watching the movies!). I am thrilled to announce that Stephenie is giving me a rare TV interview on Wednesday! Her latest book in the series, “Breaking Dawn,” is about a teenage girl who is torn between her love for a caring vampire and a sweet-natured werewolf. (Why are the good ones always taken?!) Stephenie was also writing a new book from Edward the Vampire’s point of view, but certain chapters got leaked online, and now she might not even release it! (I’m gonna try my best to talk her into it, or at least have her give me the scoop on what happens!)

Wow, Ellen is in on trying to talk SM into continuing Midnight Sun. Do you think Ellen will succeed?

YEAH FOR ELLEN!!!! I love her! We have to remember that Stephanie has to “feel” her story, not just “tell” Edwards version, guys. If she isnt in that proper “Twilight” frame of mind, then give her time. Trust me people, she will return to Midnight Sun someday. Edward cant stay out of peoples thoughts for very long, especially his creator…no pun intended, hehe.

wow, i am excited to hear she is going to try and talk to SM about MS. i’m hoping she will open up and share with us what she is experiencing. question though, what time does the show come on? i thought it came on in the afternoon but im not entirely sure….

Kerri, lol about Edward “not staying out of our thoughts”… it made me laugh, anyway, but maybe that’s just me. This is SO COOL I love Ellen… and of course Stephenie Meyer, so the combo is awesome! However, I, like Team Emmett, hope it will be online b/c I don’t think I’ll be able to watch it when it comes on…by the way Keri, there is a chart on Ellen’s website telling you when the show comes on (it depends on where you live). Just click the link to Ellen’s website from this article, and then go to the “WHEN IT’S ON” tab at the top… boy do I ever hope Ellen succeeds in talking Stephenie Meyer into finishing MS-even if it’s not right now, at least sometime in the not-too-too-distant future. Although, of course, I agree with Kerri on that point- SM needs and deserves time with just herself (and her family), but hopefully afterward she’ll be able to get back in that “proper frame of mind”- the one we’ve all come to know and love through her books.
