VANITY FAIR: WHO IS THE MOST HANDSOME MAN IN THE WORLD?
Last month, Vanity Fair asked readers to vote for the Most Beautiful Woman in the World. Well, on the other end of the spectrum, they’re now asking you to vote for the Most Handsome Man in the World, and Twilight’s very own Robert Pattinson is in the running. Pattinson is up against other Hollywood men such as Brad Pitt, Denzel Washington, David Beckham, and more:

I have mad Rob love, but asking me to vote for anyone as the Most Handsome Man in the World is a little much for me. I think if I voted for anyone in that poll, I would feel immediately guilty and go cast votes for the rest of the men because I think they all deserve a piece of that title.

haha. That’s awesome. Rob is #1 so far, by far! Is it just me, or was there a guy or two that should not have made that list - instead other guys should’ve? Like McDreamy or McSteamy. And, of course, who could forget some of the other Twilight men. Some of them are by far hotter than some of the other guys that were on that list.
Robert is the most beautiful man in the world right now. Brad Pitt has been it, Johnny D has been…But right NOW it’s Robert. He’s young, sexy, humble, talented. It’s ridiculous how raw he is. I have never felt connected to Brad Pitt, especially not Johnny Depp, Javier, David Beckham or any of those other people like I have to Robert. He is handsome for many, many reasons other than his gorgeous face. But even if you take away those reasons he still wins. He’s beautiful all around; physically, mentally, spiritually…whatever you want to call it. That’s why he deserves this title.
I admit I was torn between Hugh Jackman and Rob. Good thing that come next summer, I won’t have to choose (because “Unbound Captives” stars both of them! Score!!!!)

Of course Rob is THE #1. I have just been to Vote for him he is so in the lead, 77% 21485 votes and counting, can you vote more than once cause I will, yes sir, Rob is the MOST BEAUTIFUL Person in the World, not only to look at obviously, hello…, but he is a beautiful person on the inside as well, it’s all been said before I know but he is the whole package, shy, humble, down to earth, ah and did I mention his smile, wow, takes your breath away every time…..
Of course it is hysterical he is so far in the lead. We all know it may not stay that way. Some of those guys I have never heard of. Some are sexy, but not necessarily handsome, some have it all.
We all will admit to a heavy bias for Rob at the moment. I happily join in. But, as much as it pains me to ask it, is the current clamor for him any louder than it was, and perhaps still is, for the likes of Johnny Depp, Leonardo DeCaprio, or Brad Pitt? All seriously gorgeous, all have had the perhaps mixed blessing of having the world at their feet at some point in the last fifteen to twenty years.
They all still cause near hysterical eruptions wherever they go. Bodyguards are necessary for most public outings. All manner of offerings are made from out of control female fans. All of this applies to all these men. Luckily, most of them seem to have continued their careers and received some happiness and satisfaction from life. Perhpas even something resembling normalcy. I only hope that will be the case for Rob.
My reason for this extended waffle is to remind the fans, Rob’s time is now, but it will end. Many names on that list are iron clad proof of this statement. Don’t worship too terrible much at the altar of Mr. Pattinson, no claims of undying, unchanging affection. You may not believe it, but it will pass. Painfully, maybe, but it will.
So, vote for him, he may not be on the list next year.

Rob’s hot, but in my honest opinion, he shouldn’t be blowing people like Leo Dicaprio and Hugh Jackman (or Clive Owen) out of the water.

What have you said to me? creamy, take a knife and stab my bleeding heart, how can I not worship. I have done that every single day since I saw Twilight, that’s like 6 month ago, I have like a shrine, a Robert Pattinson shrine I tell you….and it’s growing every single day… I like, just printed the photos of Rob from the MTV Movie Awards…He is like my reason for getting up every morning..
.. oops , sorry , my Husband just slapped me as he is reading this over my shoulder like he usually does when I start whimpering at the computer and reminded me of the time , which he remembers very well actually, when I had a Leonardo Dicaprio shrine and left him at home looking after 2 toddlers to go and see Titanic 33 times, yeah I had everything Leo, I still love Leo don’t get me wrong, I still have all his photos somewhere, and every time a Leo movie comes out I go see it.

Yes, Rob is currently in that position of honor, six months and counting. With NM releasing this year, plus all of his other projects for the next few years, he may stay there. For now. Without question you will faithfully see all of his films. Adore them as well.
But, sadly?, there will be a day when Rob, the embodiment of Edward Cullen, will be eased aside. It saddens me to even type those words. With the white-hot fervor that exists for him now, it just doesn’t seem possible. Need I say it? Think Leo. Vote for Rob now while you have the chance. That’s what adoring masses do for their chosen deities, right?

Yep, at the time it was Leo all the way….and yes now it’s # 1 Rob and I do love him so….I still love Leo as well.
My Husband obviously knows this is a phase like my Leo thing, the only difference is Titanic was just one Movie, but the Twilight Saga has four that’s four years of Rob, a four year Rob phase….so it will be Rob for me right now, I don’t really want to think further ahead than that. I know you did not intentionally wanted to inflict pain, and tell me my Rob* sniff* phase will pass.
