WHEN IS THE ‘NEW MOON’ PREMIERE?
We’ve been hearing conflicting reports on when the actual premiere for New Moon is going to take place. We’ve heard two different dates so far, and since neither is confirmed by Summit Entertainment yet, it could be either or neither. Below are the dates that are floating around, but be sure to wait until a date is confirmed by Summit before you make those travel plans:
Teen Vogue is sponsoring a New Moon premiere contest here and in the official rules, here, they list the date as as November 18th.
The Mann Theatres website has a listing of dates for premieres. The New Moon premiere is listed as November 16th here.
So which date is right? Both? Neither? Your guess is as good as ours. As soon as we have a date officially confirmed by Summit, we’ll bring you all the details.

I checked out the site listed below and it no longer had the New Moon preiere date up.. so I’m going to guess that they took it down because it was wrong.

It’s in LA on the 18th. I was thinking they would switch it up and do NY but it’s pretty much confirmed since it has been in the sweepstakes details for a while now. It is what it is.
Summit confirmed it being on the 16th of Nov. at one of the Mann Theatres in Los Angeles. The Mann Theatre website has taken the posting down though.. which is strange.

I just read at eonline that the premier is going to be on nov. 16th. I’d like to be there but i’m far way of USA and maybe the movie will come on December like twilight.
I read on the official movie site of new moon that the premiere is on nov. 18th in Belgium, France or Switzerland…

Okay so I live in Australia. However I dont want to travel to NY to see New Moon like did have to to see Twilight. I would actually really like to now where and when the premiere is in Austraila. As i said, I dont really want to travel as I did have to for Twilight and then be told that the tickets are sold out, then have to buy them off some scalper.

I’ve seen in eonline that red carpet premiere is going to be on Monday, November 16th. they said premiere is going to be in 2 theatres the village and the bruin. my question is in which one Rob and the others are going to be?. This new come out on September 8th by E! News.
Could someon tell me when The Mann Theatre website took the posting down?
I have been entering the Teen Vigue competition every day that I can, but it says that the premiere is on the 18th, but I know that Summit has confirmed it’ll be on the 16th. So I emailed Teen Vogue and they said they’d reply within 3 working days, but they didn’t. So now I’m assuming that they know it’s the wrong date, they just don’t want to take it off the site. I am really really hoping they’ll just change the date to the 16th. It’s my only chance of going, since I live in Switzerland. But I’m prepared to use my own money to fly out there if I DO win the tickets. Which is unlikely.
